Here is a quick home workout without any equipment. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผโ € -โ € Try to do 10-12 repetitions for each exercise and then 3-5 sets depending on your experience level. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ € โ € 1. Push ups, make sure your elbows are pointing backwards and not to the sides. If these are to hard try push ups on your knees. โ € โ € 2. Rows, you need a table for this one. Grap the side of the table and pull yourself up until your chest is almost hitting the table, than slowly lower yourself back to the starting position. โ € โ € 3. Squats, make sure you don't have an arched back when squatting. If this is to easy try to add some weight. โ € โ € 4. Chair dips, great for the triceps! Make sure your elbows are bend at 90 degrees and slowly lower yourself until that point. Than get back up again. โ € โ € 5. Hip bridge, this one is great for your glutes. Lay down, and imagine that you want tl push your butt all the way to the ceiling. Hold for a second and than lower again. โ € โ € 6. Lunges, another great one for the legs!
