Slab of the week. Yep we'll have one of these tricky numbers every week 😀 Unfortunately I've been advised the next one will be easier as the past 2 have had hard moves at the beginning making the route unclimbable for some....which is fine but I expect the next one to be nails please 😆 I really enjoy the challenge of treating this slab like a competition and trying to flash it. Most of the time slab takes almost no strength but you will need balance, flexibility and skill...oh and good shoes 🤩 @scarpa_australia

Been super busy today testing and filming for my 12 week full body strength program!! This will be quite different to my other programs. I will give you 3 guided strength workouts a week to do (hidden video demos) for 12 weeks. The workouts step up in levels every 4 weeks as you get stronger 💪 Suited to all abilities, female and male. Would be epic to do with a buddy, tag your training partner 🥰 Who is ready to take on a 12 week challenge with me?? Should be ready to go next week along with my new stretch guide 😍 Photo by @deannawhytephotography
@portsideboulders have started a slab of the week on this panel! As my slab skills need serious refining, I'm super happy with the concept. This was the first one and there's already a new one up which I need to film 🤗 This was impossible if you got the wrong body position and easy when you got the right body position....okay I think that's all slab 😆 Wearing all @wod.up (DM for code)
My dog giving me a kiss 😆 and four ways to stretch your lats with @stickmobility_australia 🥰
Getting alot of this lately "why don't you climb on rocks" So here's a explanation. I do climb on rocks just much less because of various reasons. I live in Perth and we aren't known for our outside climbing quality locally. The closest inspiring outdoor climbing for me is 7 hours north or 3 hours south. We have some crags say 45 mins away but you will have to have a certain car to get in and then bush bash, get eaten my ticks and maybe never find the boulders 😆 Basically you have to be committed to being outdoors which most of the time, I'm not. The other obvious reason is that I am have competition only goals for the year and next year and need to be training towards those goals with all my time. You can't train plastic parkour boulders outside and you will never get the density of training with that you can do in the gym in 3 hours. Sure people find a balance but those people are way ahead in terms of skills, I'm trying to catch up! After comps are done for sure I'll be trying to find that next outside project! I spent most of my first 2 years climbing outdoors climbing on ropes but then I found competitions and things changed. Hope that explains things 🥰
Monday mornings 😆 Wait for it.... I'm pretty sure shoulders aren't meant to do that.....😬 This peg board was uber annoying...some holes were blocked. Wearing @3rdrocking (link in bio) discount code 'GREMLINHUNTER'
