Around 3years ago, my bench press 1RM was 200kg. . I have begun re-introducing bench press into my programming whilst my Adductor is healing ๐Ÿ‘Œ However as I do not know ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ what my 1RM is I am relying mainly on RPE rating. . if you saw my instagram stories, 6 days before the @static_monsters World Championship, I couldn't clean a 170kg log without crippling over in pain. . To hit this 180kg press so comfortably (yeah a little wobbly on lockout but I got there!) was a huge relief. .
