“The small things that count” - This is kinda similar to one of my previous posts... There’s nothing nicer than having someone who appreciates you in the smallest things. Someone who accepts all your flaws and loves you nevertheless. Someone who is simply grateful that you’re in their life ❤️ My specifically someone...is this macaron Kidding although it did make me insanely happy 😂 - Q-Anyone else like macarons?😊

🌸“Simplicity is the key to elegance”🌸 - Sometimes I always want to over do things to make it ‘more perfect’ yet most times the simpler it is, the better the result. I find the simple things the most beautiful. Sometimes, less is more ❤️ - This is a drawing of my beautiful mormor who’s never gone out of style and still carries elegance with her age☺️ Q- do you agree less is more?
(Reposting better picture) 🍓Oat crepes🍓 What I have for breakfast on my days off, when I finally get a chance to bake, crepes is the first thing I think of- especially these ☺️ These are so easy and healthy. They’re a bit tricky when pouring the batter into the pan while swirling at the same time but you’ll get the hang of it. It doesn’t matter if they don’t look pretty they still taste just as good😋 🍴RECIPE🍴 Serves: 4-6 crepes Ingredients •60g oat flour •2 eggs •120ml almond milk •pinch salt •1 tbsp coconut oil •1tbsp maple syrup, optional Method -In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. -Slowly add in the milk, beating until smooth. The batter will be quite yellow and should be very runny -Add the salt and coconut oil. Stir until everything incorporated. -Heat a medium sized frying pan over a medium-high heat with groundnut oil (it is more unusual but i prefer it to olive oil as it doesn't burn so easily and lacks taste). -pour 1/4 of the batter into the middle of the pan then swirl to thin the batter out. This bit is the trickiest part, to ensure it's thin enough and a nice clean circle. -Wait until a golden pattern forms on the underside and flip. They should rise around the edges and a few bubbles may form. -Serve with cream, jam, fruit, nutella or whatever you want
🍽“I need to be skinny”🍽 - Such a common issue amongst women. I’ve faced this issue and only just starting to rid myself of that horrible voice telling me I’ve got too much fat here or I have to be skinnier to wear these clothes or take a photo. And it doesn’t seem to fatter how large or skinny you are, you will always see yourself as the same- fat. It’s a constant, never-ending battle with your own mind. I’m not gonna give any advice because its such a difficult one but I can tell you what I did. And it sounds simple but is so difficult to get to this point: be happy with yourself. Accept your flaws and the things you hate. Accept that this is who you are and there will always be people who will love you as that. Even if you don’t. It’s not worth suffering your physical health and mental health just to momentarily look ‘skinny’ because it won’t give you long-term happiness ✨ Q- what’s your favourite food? Mines is homemade pizza ( I know, boring 😛)
🌍 “Change your thoughts and change your world” 🌍 - So I’m finally home from an incredible trip to the Middle East and Maldives. The view is so stunning it’s as if your staring at a google stick image 😍 - Quick reminder on how powerful the mind is. A lot of the things you do in life- how you act, decisions you make, how you feel- is down to your mindset. If you believe you can change, you can. And if you believe you can’t, then you won’t for example. So try to be positive as it will attract more positive energy, and hopefully result in a chain of positive events. That’s the plan anyway 🤗 - Q- where’s your favourite place to be? 💞
