Another nice drop this morning think this may be the last of the water retention I've been holding for two weeks! Been recording the weight every day just to see the fluctuations, it's very interesting actually🤣 carbs just dropped ever so slightly and still in over 2000kcals a day. I'm 5ft1 so that's quite good. Finished off season at 2,600kcals which is great comparing to where I've started my prep last year, 1,500kcals soon to be dropped to 1,200kcals. Check in yesterday. Please be kind, I reluctantly post this as carrying more fat than I would want but hey ho, we live and learn. 11 weeks till planned comp, hoping to lean down for it. I've been complaining that scale hasn't budged much, was hoping it was a water retention but it was coming up to 2 weeks of retaining the water and started worrying it wasn't that and just not losing fat. But my whoosh has finally happened! Majority of the water has left and hit nice low today in terms of weight. Early glutes and hams sesh, didn't have time to take photos and measurements before so will be doing that tomorrow. But think I will need to drop carbs. Today's workout on my story and it went like this ➡️ Hip thrust pyramid 20, 15, 10, 8, 6, 6, 10, 12 ➡️ RDLs pause at the bottom 4x10 ➡️ Stationary split pin squat 4x8 ➡️ Bench sumo squat 3x15 ➡️ Lying leg curl 3x15 ➡️ Frog pumps 2x30 I've added some lat and delt exercises as trying to increase volume on these to grow them bigger . . #bootybuidling #legday #bikinigirl #fitnessmotivation #compprep

I hear so many people saying to me they want to lose weight, but yet just sit and do nothing or find excuses not to do it. We are all have lives outside the gym, outside exercising, work 9-5 or 12h shifts, or two jobs, families, other responsibilities yet those people smash their goals because they really want them. They sacrifice certain things in their lives to reach that goal, don't say you don't have time yet, watch tv 2h each evening. You could even fit quick hiit session or run on your lunch break. It's all doable if you think about it. So ask yourself, what you really want and do it! New pose, who dis? 😂 Upper body and hit few PBs, more reps or more weight. Scale still not moving as quick as I'd wish, but lost about 1.3kg (2.8lbs) since 4th March. Taking photos at the weekend so will see if there is a difference, if not, will be cutting some carbs out (protein will not change, at some point I will cut a bit of fat too). Not sure if I will be lean enough for June but if not, then will do a later date with PCA. No biggie. I will defo be ready for August. Don't want to diet crash, but may consider it if I feel I'm close but not more than 4 weeks out if I feel ok mentally, 4 weeks is not that long to push really hard...
