It’s part of the growing process so go after your passion, your dreams and keep moving towards your goals regardless of road blocks you may encounter. In my previous post, I asked, what’s your healthy obsession because in the past I thought that mine were healthy and they weren’t. ▫️ Without fitness I was so lost. I use to think that it was weird, if I didn’t go home everyday after work and open a new bottle of wine. I use to think it was ok to sit and eat one box of pizza in one sitting. My days consist of going to work, waiting to get off so I can indulge and watch tv all night then repeat the cycle daily. I made excuses like not having time but I had plenty of time if I can sit there and watch 6 to 7 different episodes of shows that didn’t add any value to my life. I had no purpose, no motivation, no drive. ▫️ I’m consistently active now because it feeds my soul. My days aren’t the same if I’m not able to move. Now, When I’m getting off of work, my co workers say “Let me guess, you’re going to the gym?” I’m like 🗣Yep! You won’t really understand until you get the feeling that I get from simply being able to move 😊 #SomeoneNeedsThis #YouGotThis #OneDayAtATime P.S: You guys inspire me and motivate me to keep moving; even on the days that I don’t feel like it ❤️

Be sure to give this video a ❤️ and bookmark to try it later 1️⃣: One Hand Lunge Row (Kettle Bell) 2️⃣: Stationary Lunge (Kettle Bell) 3️⃣: Kettle Bell Row 4️⃣: Deadlift into a Barbell Row 5️⃣: Lat Pulldown(Try standing up straight) 6️⃣: Cable stationary Lunge and Row(Cable) 7️⃣: Lunges on treadmill (Incline: 10% and Speed 2.0-2.5) then walk backwards(Extend each leg to the rear as far as you can) 1️⃣: Perform all exercises for 8-10 reps. Repeat 1-2 more times. Rest time is 1-2 minutes. 2️⃣: Treadmill work out is for 5-7 minutes. 30 seconds lunges then 30 seconds walking backwards.
