>>> F U N - F A C T <<< 🍇 Growing grapes & Making Wine in Bali 🍷 The tropical climate makes for the unique character of the winemaking in Bali, grapes are constantly harvested from evergreen vines and wine can be produced all year long instead of only once a year. While vines usually require a dormant period of cooler months, the vines in tropical Bali produce grapes continuously in 120-day cycles!

🥂 SPARKLING SENSATIONS 🥂 . Tunjung & Jepun, our internationally-awarded sparkling wines, are the only Indonesian sparklings produced using Champgne’s famous méthode traditionnelle. 🍾 . We’re so proud of these wines that we initiated a 2018 replanting project to rescue Probolinggo Biru, the Balinese heritage variety that adds the crisp finish to our Tunjung, from the brink of extinction. 🍇
