A few of my favorite KM Miracle Band exercises while standing up that can be done ANYWHERE! Yes I do these at the airport too lol 💃🏼🔥💪🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why I made this band? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Not only did I need something to travel with, but something that was strong enough to actually strengthen my legs and booty gains without needing the gym what so ever. All the other bands I was using before weren’t nearly as strong and always kept getting tangled and would never stay in place. The KM Miracle band has a rubber grip on the inside so it won’t move. STORY #truth TIME...🚀 Last night I met up with a good friend of mine & told her how things are a bit rough right now and I’ve had quite a few failures. I told her I keep trying in every aspect of my life right now and it all just seems to be failing. Some of my biggest goals right now just all washed away...she said something that stuck... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Why don’t you set a goal? I’m like what do you mean I just told you I’ve set a bunch and I have a bunch still and I’m doing everything I can to not give up on myself. She says, “no like you know you have a degree in marketing & communications, why don’t you start thinking about a career in that for if this all doesn’t work out”....If you’ve started your own business or tried something outside the box you’ve probably heard this from friends and family multiple times. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As you can imagine that had my mind turned the rest of the night. This morning I wake up and do my usual 5am routine before my first client. I won’t even lie I had zero motivation to get up, but I did. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I get to my first clients location and notice there’s another trainer in there. A girl around my age, if not a bit younger, and she comes up to me and says “ Hey I follow you. You are so inspiring!” Me after that: 😫🙏🏼😃💛 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Too often we forget our “why”. We all have one and we just have to always remember it especially at times we feel like giving up. Thank you to (girl from this morning) for reminding me of my why & making my day!
