Never let anyone tell you there is anything wrong with chasing a competitive goal whatever or anything else, whatever that may be, never let anyone tell you what you are doing & how much you give to your goal is too much, NEVER let anyone make you doubt your self your goal / life either ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Apparently competing isn’t enjoying life, the amount of times I get told aw don’t you just want to enjoy your life? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Erm yes thanks, you think we would do this day in day out if we didn’t enjoy it.. off-season / on-season, we are all aligned differently in this sport some just do not want to stop applying them selfs all year round & some do.. & that’s okay, we are ALL different / have different values ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As time goes by you’ll find it easier to do more (imo) as your mind set & vision strengthen, in ALL areas of your life - you’ll never have complete “balance” no way & there are time s where you have to make BIG sacrifices & dig deep in your competitive season which you should be prepared for, but sometimes (not always) you can have some - you don’t have to hide your self away from the world but if you need at times - that’s also fine (as long as you are happy) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can still be happy & should be. If you are consistently not then re assess your values. BUT if you are happy.. then you are living life right for you at this current time ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Moral here - never let anyone dictate what enjoying life is in anyway what so ever. Just keep doing you, This is your life, live it for YOU & smile daily.
Just over one years difference.. weight difference 0.3lb heavier in the most recent (right) “I wish I had a better glutes ” I remember saying this & I think I always will let’s be honest the booty can always be bigger 🤣 BUT we should celebrate our transformations & to be fair I’m quite happy with mine 🙃.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ —— it all comes down to CHOICE.. choose to make the changes & it does happen.. it’s not until you put pictures together sometimes that you see how much the choice, action, consistency, determination, hard work, some “failure” in your sessions (which is good 😈) - some doubt, a lot of learning/trying, lots of passion & TIME with being in a surplus to does.. “BUT” it changes things ..🍑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ —— So stop knocking your self, dedicate to adding tissue in your offseason work HARD consistently. You won’t be able to watch it happen daily, but stick to these things & keep working hard moving forward & in time you’ll surprise your self.. 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ —— All of my training & diet is logged @pro_female_fitness through both offseason & in season.

Having a goal that you wake up for daily is absolutely okay. People will think your weird for it. Well Fxck them, my goal is waking me up every single day & drives me to put maximal effort in daily.. this goal is where my motivation manifests the rest is everyday effort ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How do you stay motivated everyday? I am not motivated everyday, we all have our days that are harder, where things may feel as if they’re trying to stop us.. BUT your effort levels should not drop, you should be consistently trying harder as the days go by, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ No it’s not always easy, at the end of the day, it’s how you choose to respond to hard parts of prep that really show how strong & willing you are to succeed in your goal. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Guess what, your going to wake up somedays with no energy, hungry, like you want to quit, with “shitty” checkins that your not happy with. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Get used to it, Try & imagine yourself stepping on stage knowing you’ve put 💯 effort in, that way you know you will never be disappointed with what you bring! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember, this is a choice, you have an able body that you can push hard, you are blessed! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now suck it up & get on with the task in hand with everyday effort & determination & keep asking your self, how bad do i want it & Don’t be scared to dream big! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ x

We see people everyday hitting there best angles we forget they/we don’t walk around (or lay around) posed & should get used to ourselves in our normal daily positions & should constantly remind our selfs others are just posing when we put our selfs down, you can quite clearly see the difference that posing does by these 2 photos... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ — Please just remember this every time you see your favourite fitness inspos & start putting your self down, they are posing with many out takes to no doubt, also remember we all have things we are insecure about, i definitely do to, we’re all human! So even if someone does look “perfect” or you “wish” you looked like them, they are probably always hiding parts of them selves & showing there “best” to you. 🤷♀️☝️ — Stop hating on your self & start loving your self. Stop comparing your self to others.. ❤️

Where there is a will.. there is a way.
