Current State 🔴What really happened: 1.Life happened. 2.Gained over a 5kg ☠️ 3. Irregular training from over a month. 4. Poor appetite. 5. Mindless eating 🤫 6. Most clothes don't fit. 🔴What also happened: 1. Surrendered that life happened. 2. Haven't weighed myself on the scale from a month. Scale doesn't determine my inner state of being ✨ 3. Didn't feel guilty or punished myself for having miss the gym for weeks straight. 4. A realisation how much I really love food 😂 I'm not fat. I'm just Fuller 💁 5. Understanding what my body is asking from me and feeding it with love and compassion ❤️ 6. Buying a whole new wardrobe for size L. How about that 😉 --- I'm becoming comfortable with how I look currently. I know this has its own purpose to serve. There is a huge mind shift in the way I perceive myself. I don't think I ever had the courage to accept myself the way I'd look without aesthetics. I am feeling myself a lot lately. There are bad days too but I'm learning to deal with it better each time. My whole goal of sharing my process with you is to show you that gaining weight is okay and that's a small price to keep your mind and body healthy 🌈 You read till the end ? You are my baassstt frrruunnn 🥴
