Almost 😫😫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I could’ve just shown my 105kg clean today and acted like I had a perfect day lifting, but wanted to share how even athletes like me who train all the time miss and don’t always set new records in the gym everyday. If I would’ve hit this, it would’ve been a 1kg PR and I would’ve been beyond stoked. I haven’t hit anywhere close to this in awhile! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Next time I will for sure get you! 👊 Also, big shout out to my training crew who push me to be better everyday in the gym! Just started my long ocean swim all the way to @asiacrossfitchampionship like @fikowski. 😂🙌 Excited to explore the other side of the world and COMPETE with my team. 💃🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A lot of you were asking me why we were doing another competition after we already qualified for Games, but we realized after Miami we still need more practice together in a competitive environment. Training is so different from competing and this one fit perfectly in our schedule. 🙏 See you next month China! 🇨🇳 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If anyone has any suggestions on places to eat things to see, drop a comment below. Spontaneous ski trip to Big Bear with my person. ⛷❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4am wake up call to miss all the traffic and be first in line to ski was so worth it. There was fresh snow as soon as we got there and then the sun decided to come out in the afternoon which made for a perfect day. ❄️☀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you @rxsgceo for inviting us to go.
