Perfect for burning off some jet lag. ✈️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Jumping Lunges ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *Workout goes 10 Burpees, 20 Jumping Lunges, 9 Burpees, 18 Jumping Lunges,... all the way down the rep scheme until completed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used this as a finisher for my session today and did it in 4:59. What a DAY! Matched my snatch PR today at 83kg and almost hit 85 just missed it over my head. 😫 And then Ras did great on a parallette handstand push-up workout. And for the last workout, the whole team was full send on the “Acid Bath”. Need a quick wrist warm-up to strengthen and stretch your wrists? Here is my go to wrist prep I do before any sort of snatches, front squats, handstands, etc. So mainly every other day I do this. 😆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It should take you less than 5 minutes! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercise 1: I call these “Elbow Screwdrivers”. Palms down and weight over your hands. Rotate your elbows in and out for 30 seconds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercise 2: “Palms Down” in wrist extension. Weight over hands rock back and forth for 30 seconds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercise 3: “Palms up” in wrist flexion and rock back and forth for 30 seconds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercise 4: “Finger Lifts” x 20 reps. Palms facing down, weight over hands, and lift onto your fingers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercise 5: “Flexion ROM” or flexion range of motion. Palms up in wrist flexion, fingers facing toward each other, and rock side to side. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercise 6: “Finger Curls”. Palms facing up in wrist flexion.
