How come you exercise so hard and don’t have a flat belly?! I shared my answer to this on my story but it was too important to not post about it as well. 😤 It got me a little fired up and I feel like it’s a topic that needs to be talked about more. 👊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I don’t have a flat belly because I believe in fueling my body for performance over restricting my calories to look a certain way. Yeah if I starved myself or cut down my fats and still trained as much as I do I might finally get that 8 pack but reality is my body type won’t. I like to eat and I know when I don’t eat enough I just don’t feel good during training. And a lot of it also comes down to genetics. So I’m sorry but I will never be one of the girls with no belly fat at all and I’m okay with it. This is me no makeup, hair not done, just got done with training. I eat around 3000 calories a day and I feel HAPPY and HEALTHY in my body. Yeah some of my pictures on Instagram don’t look attractive or my muscles might be bulging because usually a photographer comes in the middle of my training session. I’m not posing for the camera or starving myself before so my abs will pop through. For all those traveling this weekend or someone who only has 15 minutes to train 👉 this one is for YOU. ☺️ Something Ras and I did while we were in Mexico and short on time and equipment! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #Repost @grownstrong ・・・ Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated and can take less than 10 minutes. Find a way to move and I promise you will feel so much better after. 💪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s a vacation/ at home workout for you to try: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Jumping Air Squats 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Mountain Climbers (*not shown in video because someone didn’t click record aka @rasmuswandersen 😂) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *100m Run between each set (or 30 seconds of running or high knees in place) We did 10 calories on the treadmill with the highest incline. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My time - 10:02 Ras’s time - 8:58 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Workout goes like this... 10 Jumping Air Squats, 20 Mountain Climbers, 100m Run, 9 Jumping Air Squats, 18 Mountain Climbers, 100m Run, and so on down the ladder. Workout WEDNESDAY ☝️ Tag your friends who are in need of a quick and effective workout 🙏 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ras and I did this Monday 🔥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Four rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 20 Toes to Bar 40 Air Squats *You can scale toes to bar to hanging knee raises or sit ups. For the run, you can either run outside or run 400m on the Assault Runner which is what we did. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My time: 16:20 Ras’s time not sure 🤔 but I beat him! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Perfect workout coming back from Vegas to get a little sweat. 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #WorkoutWednesday #GrownStrong

I get asked a lot “What pre workout supplement do you take?” And to be 100% honest, I don’t take any pre workout supplements unless it is 100% natural and actually helps my body rather than just giving it a short term jolt of energy to crash later in the day. No better feeling than waking up and getting back to work. ✌️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Vegas was really fun, but there’s just something about getting back into routine that makes me happy. Eating my normal breakfast, drinking green tea and going to the gym first thing to sweat just make me feel so much better and that’s why I keep coming back for more. I love fitness and eating clean. You will find me with a green juice or a protein shake as my my go to drink. And I love the feeling of pushing my body both physically and mentally inside the gym. In the moment it might not be easy, but I promise you will come out feeling so much better after. And if you don’t know how to get started, just move. PR!!! 😄😄 243lbs (110.5kg) Clean and Jerk. 🙌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ First time in 5 years and it’s only 1 pound... But I’ll take it. 👏 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So happy about this even though I gave a little smirk at the end. 🙈 PR’s these days are so hard to come by and I felt like I could’ve even gone heavier. I guess this what happens when the team is in town and I get to lift with my super strong teammate @reganhuckaby. 😘 Oh and also a week off from lifting in Mexico gave my body some much needed rest!
