I have finally came to the conclusion, that I believe will help tremendously with my self inflicted everyday overloads. I am from here on out going to take care of only the ones who are also here for me. Peace out to all you toxic peeps. 100% only out for the ones who care! - - - So many times I go out of my way to help the same people over and over again yet get no appreciation from them. So from here I have to let them go and focus on all the ones who do care. I'm not asking for attention by no means but I am also not going to be used. It's Monday. Up at 1:30 because well my balder needed to pee and I COULDN'T fall back asleep. So here I am curled up in bed drinking my espresso and watching TV. Am I upset I couldn't fall back asleep? Yes. Am I going to let it mess up my day because I maybe more tired than I want to be? NO! It's Monday!!! It's a new week!! I don't recommend running or walking with no shoes on a treadmill but I do. Haha I get asked ALL the time "do you have shoes on?" Haha the answer everytime is, no. Did you crush your weekly goals??? Motivation Monday! Start date was the last week of May (left photo) today's check in July 8th! Can you say CRUSHING it! I am currently programming her work outs for home she has 1 to 2 rest days a week. With tracking macros daily as well. She gets 1 free untracked meal a week and we have been increasing her carb intake. I always like to tell my clients and potential clients that online coaching is a 50/50 effort. I put in the time programming your work outs for the week working on your macros and giving you motivational advice. But your job is to put in the hard work. Never give up on yourself and love each and every step of the process ❤ I no I'll be getting DM's asking if I am currently enrolling 1 on 1 online clients, and Yes I still am! Yesterday I guess I knew it was Thursday but for some reason as 6pm I realized I never sent out my FFC client check in emails. I was like OMGosh! Its Thursday?!😂 in that moment loves I thought it was Wednesday. Hahaha I honestly took a step back this week. I didn't freak out if I got out of routine and I enjoyed all the hours In each day, while completing my weekly goals. I have realized that I need to focus more on self care in order to feel good on the inside and to be the best version of me. So on top of practicing a one take selfie next week and not pointing out my 5% flaws I'm going to also work on my self care. Let's talk selfies. . . We see so many influencers on Instagram and Facebook. Not just models, fitness and nutrition influencers but even the girl down the road. There selfies always look incredible. Smile is perfect, skin is clear, flat belly, no cellulite, the description on their photo shows they are living in a perfect world and to top it off they have like 11,327 "Likes" on that 1 photo. News flash. I can 100% guarantee the photo was photoshopped and they prob has a shitty day least 1 day this week! Maybe even the whole week. No one lives in a perfect world. I want us to stop wanting to be someone else bc you have flaws and they dont! THEY do too! Did you know? We are 5% Flaws and 95% perfect. We take a million selfies and in all of them we pick out the 5% of flaws. EVERYTIME. Stop doing this. Take one photo and pick out the 95% of perfection! . For next week I want you to take a selfie a day. You don't have to post it if you dont want to. Do it at a different time each day and I want you to write down or say out loud 3 to 4 things you love about the photo. If you do this and pick to post 1 or 2 or all of them share it with me @fit.fuel.conquer Let's love the 5% of our flaws too because we all have them. And we are all still beautiful!
Be your own competition. Stop looking up to people you see on social media. I can guarantee you their life is not always at rainbows and butterflies, like they show. We are all human and we all go through things. We don't always wake up with perfect skin, amazing hair and a flat stomach. Instead of wishing you were someone else, work on becoming a better version of you. God made us all different for a reason. ❤
