Have you ever really stopped to think about how much money your really spending on things that you either forget about, can't keep forever and just push under the table? Plus doing all this takes your time as well.... But when it comes time to invest and spend money of your health and fitness you totally neglect it. UGH this happens far to often!! 😟 How many of you go out to dinner 1-3 day's a week or even more? I know a lot of people who do this. Or spend money shopping, getting hair and nails done, going to the casino, buying coffees and the list could go on. If more people would start investing in their health like they do on all the materialistic things, you know how much happier they'd be? Health and nutrition doesn't have to be expensive if you look at it as a life style change for the BETTER. Seeing changes happen through out the process is the most incredible feeling. From eating foods that better your gut, mood, or energy, ect. to getting stronger, faster, and seeing your body change. If you would rather go blow 100.00+ on all the things listed at the top. Then go ahead but know that In the long run none of that stuff matters. I am a girl trust me I have spent 200.00 on my hair and nail in a week. working on client fitness plans for the week. Going through emails and check in's. All while listening to Robert snoring away on the couch and Wyatt's on the tablet next to me. Y'all I can't even express my emotions as to how absolutely bless I am. Although I am so tired, I know Wyatt is too. I love what I do so much. Staying up past our bed time to help make sure my girls reach their goals and to stay on track is my mission and my job. AHHH So pumped up!!!!!! xoxoxo I can't thank anyone other that God for giving me all I have. Praying countless nights asking him what I am here to really do. Playing trial and error with different careers, I didn't even feel like me while doing them, I wasn't really happy on the inside. Putting on a happy face when on the inside I was a wreck not happy and just not in a happy place. I cried a lot, I was grumpy and just blah. Then finally, He helped me open my eyes and he showed me... Helping others is my reason. Health and fitness is what I was meant for. Showing others how to become better, healthier, more confident versions of themselves. I will do all I can to help bring happiness into others. Pick em up. Show em it is possible. Anything is possible! You have to set your mind to it and work for it. Just like trying to find my reason, there is always going to be trial and error. You are going to fall once in awhile, not always enjoy the moments but trust me there is a bright side and you will get to it!!! Never regret anything you do. Even if it isn't what you thought it would be. Rather yet use it as a learning experience. Take things from it. Good and bad. Conquer it. I know you can! Okay, okay.... I am done. Hope you are having a great night. Never forget that you are bigger than you think and you can conquer what ever it is you set your mind too. 🙏😁🥰

This month I am using as kind of a informational month. Questions I get asked often and what not. One question that I have a lot of people come to me with is... "what are some of the BEST foods to consume prior to working out." Honestly anything is going to be okay. But what I recommend and what I like if i'm working out after I eat, is going to be either Carbs and/ or Fats. One or the other. -Carbohydrates and Fats are going to be the most effective macronutrients to consume before training/ or working out. -Protein is going to be important to consume after your work out as it helps rebuild its glycogen stores while repairing the muscles. A lot of people are unsure if consuming it right after, or with in an hour time frame after working out is important and needed for this to happen. It is not necessary to do so. Just make sure your meal post work out meal or snack is based around proteins. 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 These are some great go to's for pre-work outs -peanut/nut butter -banana -oats, cream of wheat, cream of rice -toast with avocado -bowl of fruit -cereal (YES, I said cereal, There is no good or bad food in my vocab! Everything is OK in moderation.) -rice cakes, waffles, pancakes, 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 Great post- work out foodies -egg's, omelet, raw eggs, egg whites -protein pancakes -cottage cheese with or without berries -chicken breast and rice, lean ground beef, lean ground turkey If you have any questions regarding this short topic feel free me message me or leave a comment and I will get back to you. What are Macros. You read my post about tracking them and some of you have no idea what they are. Thats is what i'm here for! 😀 So I will make this short and simple for you guys. I could honesty go so far into crazy amounts of details but ill save that! 😂 Marcos are the 3 different macronutrients that make up the foodies that we consume in a day. PROTIEN- CARBOHYDRATES-FATS You need to incorporate a certain amount of each of these foods in a day. When we see fats we may automatically think I will not eat fats are you kidding, and same goes with carbohydrates. But we all need these in order to have energy and a balanced "diet". There are many healthy fats so many forget about. Getting your fats from sources such as -Avacodo, Avacodo oil, egg yoke, Nuts, fish oil, and believe it or not DARK CHOCOLATE! You're going to want to focus getting your carbs sources through whole grains. -Rice(brown,white), quinoa, whole grain bread, oats, veggies. You will get your energy through eating carbs and fats. So they are great to consume before training. And protiens will help build and repair tissue. So it is important to eat protein following work outs. Depending on your goals your trying to meet will vary from person to person. It is also a great way to see exact portion sizes. You honestly wouldn't believe how many times you are over eating even under eating! Tracking these are going to benefit you so many ways. Stop listening to people who say carbs are bad! If You're looking to have a balance diet that you CAN stick with this is the way to go. You can still eat the foods you love and won't be deprived of anything. I left out SO much info on this.
