One of the few shop that serves good soufflé. 😋
Finally had my craving fixed at SushiTei. 😍
Decided to try something new at Sunday Folks today! Instead of Pistachio softderve ice cream, we tried the Rich Cognac Chocolate Ganache Cake, Japanese Matcha Chiffon with White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Praline Tart. The Rich Cognac Chocolate Ganache Cake is kind of lower than expectation 🙊. Oh well, probably because it was too highly rated. 😏 Japanese Matche Chiffon with White Chocolate on the other hand is soooo good. So soft and moist. Dark Chocolate Praline Tart is still ok... Praline base is a tad too hard, other than that everything else is good. 😌
Finally had the taste of the highly raved Brown Sugar Milk Tea. We ordered the Brown Sugar Boba with Cream Mousse, as recommended by the shop assistant that it is one of the best seller. Queuing time was about an hour, waiting time for order is pretty fast, 15 mins. Surprisingly, it don't taste as sweet as it looks. (Btw, there is no Sugar level to choose from) Also, the Boba (Big pearl) are super soft! Such that, I don't feel my jaw being sore at all. 😂 Worth to queue for 1 hour? First time yes, subsequently no. Worth to drink again? If <5 mins queue, yes. 🙂
A must-try for all CHOCOLATE LOVERS!!! Just the looks you can tell that the muffin is filled with overdosed chocolate-fullness! 😍 If you are not a chocolate lover, fret not! They serve very superb curry puff too! Omg, I haven't tasted a good curry puff for a long time. As for the chicken pie, it is more towards the creamy which is not my liking.
There are many yummy food in Ghim Moh market. Apart from my favourite Chwee Kueh, there is also an all-time favourite 叉烧烧肉饭. The meat were roasted just nice and juicy. The gravy are so damn good. 😋 Must try if you haven't! 👍
Korean lunch today coz crowds are way lesser than weekends! Love Kim Dae Mun since few years back when they were just a small small shop. And especially amazed by how multi-task-able the counter auntie is.
TGIS!! 👏👏👏 Best in Singapore, JB and some say Batam.
I love jap food and have been wanting to try this place when it opened. Hokkaido-ya, a causal dinning concept by Sushi Tei offers a wide range of wallet-friendly donburi. Rice is a little bit hard, but the aburi salmon is so good that I can finished one WHOLE BOWL (p.s. I haven't been finishing one bowl of rice for a long long long long time) 🍚🐟 If you drop by Vivo and are having a headache on what to eat, here's what you can try. 😁
Need no explanation 😌
Very sad that iSteak will be moving out of Holland Village soon. But then again, the new place they moved to is very near, at Star Vista. 😁 Between Aston and iSteak, I would choose iSteak enough though it is slightly more expensive, it has more varieties and taste better. 😉
I dislike Salmon since young because it is raw. In fact, I don't eat raw food at all (And that include raw vegetables in salad or in burger). Until one day I had Salmon in a buffet (Since it isone of the most expensive item, so die die must eat then worth.), then I realised that it is SO GOOD! 😋 Ever since then, I started eating salmon. But I am very particular over Salmon, that it must be fresh. Over the years, I have tried Salmon from many places, and I can say that Sushi Tei have one of the best Salmon against its' price.)
