Calories are the problem—not carbs. - Sometimes I feel like I’m beating a dead horse so to speak with the whole calorie deficit thing. - Then I open up Facebook, Instagram, look at a magazine cover, hear conversations in the gym, & realize it still needs talked about. - Way too many people still think carbs are the problem when it comes to fat loss. - But understand this—You could have zero carbs in your diet but until you eat in a calorie deficit you won’t lose any fat. - If you’re going to say carbs are responsible for making people fat then you might as well blame forks instead—it makes about the same amount of sense. - “Go on a zero fork dieting to lose weight—as long as you eat without using a fork you’ll burn fat” - Think about how dumb that sounds... - I know keto is hot right now & everyone is demonizing carbs but they aren’t the problem—too many calories are. - You know what happens if... 📍...you eat 𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙤 in a calorie surplus? You store fat. 📍...you eat all 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘 in a calorie surplus? You store fat. 📍...you eat 𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙤 in a calorie surplus? You store fat. 📍...you follow 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 in a calorie surplus?
