Innovatív megoldás: áramtermelő pótkocsitengelyek Hamarosan piacra kerülnek az elektromos hajtással rendelkező, komoly megtakarítást eredményező pótkocsi-tengelyek, melyek maguk termelnek áramot. Az elektromos pótkocsitengelyek (TRAKr és TRAKe) visszanyerik az energiát, melynek köszönhetően csökkenthető a károsanyag-kibocsátás és üzemanyag-fogyasztás. A visszatáplálás következtében a fékekből az energia árammá alakul, ami felhasználható klímaaggregátorok táplálására hűtőkocsik esetén vagy pótkocsik hajtásához. A SAF TRAKr tengelyei 400 V-os nagyfeszültségű generátort használnak a visszatápláláshoz, lehetővé téve a hűtőberendezések ideiglenes elektromos áramfelhasználással való működését, csökkentve a zajt, károsanyag-kibocsátást, növelve a hűtőkomponensek élettartamát. A TRAKe, a plusz elektromos hajtással rendelkező, 200 LE-s pótkocsitengely hajtja a pótkocsi kerekeit, tehermentesítve a vontató belső égésű motorját, csökkentve az üzemanyagfogyasztást, javítja a szerelvény dinamikáját. Az elektromos hajtás bevezetése a pótkocsin előnyt jelent a vontatás és stabilitás szempontjából. A Bosch cég is hasonló megoldást hozott létre, mely lehetővé teszi a pótkocsik manőverezését önerőből, távolról irányítva. A megvalósításhoz az SMG180 villanymotort használták, mely sok hibrid és elektromos járműben megtalálható, áramot termel a teherautó fékezésekor. #ICE targeted 680 workers at Mississippi food plants yesterday. They know this and so we as chefs, fast food employees, servers, bartenders, sommeliers...we *must* protect our staff and educate them on what to do if ICE comes. I won’t ever forget working with this disgruntled white man in his early 20s that was fired for his attitude and poor performance. In a fit of rage, he called ICE to report the person who managed him and all of the people that he encountered at the restaurant.
