There's a lot of great notes in this video and I wait to see this tonight. GG has been getting a lot of air time lately mostly because of the unorthodox swing or Matt Wolfe. First thing he talks about is his spinal tilt at the top of the swing which allows him to get into a strong position at impact. Now the one thing he mentions is his patented sitting type motion at the start of the down swing, this is something he's preached for years. I like the concept because it allows us to get into an incredibly strong position and a spot where we can generate ground force successfully. Lastly, his front foot sliding back.. I like the way he does it quietly but that allows his hips to clear a little more smoothly after they fly though at impact. All in all he has an unorthodox foundation to his swing, but it is a repeatable motion and I can't wait to that tonight! . Andere zu supporten, ist genauso wichtig, wie selbst unterstützt zu werden. Es ist kein Zeichen von Schwäche, wenn man sich helfen lässt. Manchmal schafft man durch den Support noch etwas mehr an seine Grenzen zu gehen und die Verletzungsgefahr minimiert sich dadurch. a) 10,8,6,4,2 reps bench press (60/70/80/90/100kg) *6-8 strict pull ups after each set b) 3 rounds for max reps 1min ski (cal) 1min ball slams 20kg 1min bike (cal) 1min sit ups 1min shuttle runs (10m) 1min rest

Full swipe 👈 CHEST & TRICEPS. Weights gone up a little, reps gone down a little, since last week! All exercises with 9-11 reps with a rest pause on the final set. It means that after you reach muscle failure, put the weight down, rest for 10-15 seconds, then do another set to failure. • The workout: 1️⃣ BENCH PRESS: 4 sets of 9-11 reps 2️⃣ INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS: 3 sets sets of 9-11 reps 3️⃣ DUMBBELL FLYES: 3 sets sets of 9-11 reps 4️⃣ CABLE CROSSOVER (UPWARD ANGLE): 3 sets sets of 9-11 reps 5️⃣ TRICEPS PUSHDOWN: 4 sets sets of 9-11 reps 6️⃣ DUMBBELL OVERHEAD EXTENSION: 3 sets sets of 9-11 reps 7️⃣ LYING CABLE EXTENSION: 3 sets sets of 9-11 reps • I am keeping the exercises the same and going up in weight every week. Why am I doing that? So that I don't hit a plateau. • The idea is this: let's say I do the bench press and I able to lift 60 kilos for 12-15 reps. I will increase the weight on the bench press every week while dropping the weight and continue for 4 weeks. On week 4 I would bench press a weight I can do for 3-5 reps. • Starting week 5, I would go back to 12-15 reps again. But this time, I should be able to lift more than 60 kilos for 12-15 reps. Which is exactly what I am going for. If you go back 4 weeks down my Instagram page, you will see me bench press less weight for the same amount of reps. • This is one approach to training I use to avoid plateaus. Try it out.
