Had a friend from college reach out to me yesterday to tell me that he used me as an example for one of his clients to show her that she shouldn't be afraid of lifting weights. • I lifted with someone new at the gym the other night who told me how much of an inspiration I am for a lot of women and girls in the area. • These are small things, but it goes to show how much of an impact you can have on the outside world when you find your passion and just go after it, regardless of what anyone thinks. • Too often, I focus on the negative things that are said about me or negative views that people have on me lifting. And this is stupid on my part, because for every single negative comment, there are 20 positive ones. Being told that I inspire someone..or that I'm a young girls role model is a really awesome and rewarding feeling. I may not be a "big name" lifter or have tons of sponsors..but I'm working my ass off to get to the top and I'm very happy to know that my journey is a positive motivator for so many others.

🔥The best pre-workout🔥 by @dancudes - Follow @dancudes for more amazing posts like this 🔥 - What you have before a workout is certainly important. A good pre-workout can lead to massive performance gains which, in turn, lead to better strength and hypertrophy gains that you otherwise wouldn't have had. However, there is a massive difference between a pre-workout you buy at GNC and one you get from a grocery store. The whole thing with pre-workout is you want to feel "amped" and have the fuel necessary to perform. When you buy a pre-workout from GNC or another supplement store, you may get "amped", but you're loading your body with synthetic chemicals, garbage sweeteners and a ton of caffeine. Like, a ton of caffeine. Dumb amounts of caffeine. So instead of dumping that into your system, having a shot of espresso, coffee or green tea and a piece of fruit is not only a good pre-workout, but is also very nutritious and doesn't make you feel like you're going to die. Of course, that isn't as marketable and memeable as some of the really cool brands you see on the shelves of a supplement store, and I get that, but it will certainly benefit you more in the long-run.

Я ответил вопросом на вопрос. Кто победит на чемпионате мира по бегу в мешках: чемпион мира по легкой атлетике или тот, кто постоянно тренировался в этих мешках? Ответ очевиден. Какой отсюда следует вывод? Чистая сила в классическом жиме - это отлично, её надо развивать, но если вы мало тренируетесь в экипировке, то результат в этой дисциплине будет расти очень медленно. ----------------------------------------- I got a direct message on Instagram yesterday. A guy asked me: "Why doesn't my equipped bench improve despite the fact that I spend a lot of time benching RAW and my classic bench 1RM has been constantly growing?" I asked the guy: "Who's gonna win at the Sack Race World Championship? The track field world champion or the one who trained jumps in the sack?" The answer is obvious. What is the conclusion? Pure strength on a raw bench is great, it has to be developed for sure. But if you bench equipped not often enough, the result here will be growing pretty slowly.

Doing Pre-Maxes today, hit 280 on bench. My set up was sloppy, the bar went to far down on my chest off the lift off so I had to bring it back before I did the rep. It was shaky and I wasted energy but it still went up pretty easy.
