2019 is a yeah of transportation and self growth. I'm trying new things and one of them includes taking different classes. I took part in a great self compassion workshop last night and I learned a lot of new things. Like how self compassion is not the same as self-esteem and different ways to be more self compassionate. I'm trying to show myself some more love...and to not be as negative as I usually am. I think I need wider stairs 😆I do like this one 👍missing a stair every time you jump up then just kick your leg out to the side when following . It just breaks gym training up or if your not in a gym or have little time to train .. I’ve really been enjoying doing these stair workouts . You sweat like a bitch and boy you can feel it the next day 👌a win , win #frenchie

What is up #fitfam? 😛🤙🏼 ▫ I just posted a few stories about my back workout routine 🔥 as some of you recommend me to show more workout vids, I thought why not give it a try 🤷🏻‍♂😏 in this video you can see my barbell rows with 70 kg (155 lbs) - for all other exercises just have a look into my current story - I also gonna save that one in the highlights 💯 ▫ I usually start my workouts with a 2 km (1.25 mi) run. This takes me about 10 minutes normally. After the little warm-up run, I begin with deadlifts, followed by barbell rows, wide pull-ups and 10 minutes on the rowing machine. Between all the sets I try to have a break for about a minute, 1 minute 30 at max. This is a massive time saver and also increases the whole intensity of the workout which leads us to burn more calories 🔥 ▫ DEADLIFTS - I start the back day with 6 sets of them. Starting easy on the first. Increasing it throughout the 2nd set to the 3rd where I start hitting as much weight as possible. The goal is to do 8 clean reps. If this isn't possible I decrease the weight for the last sets. (Tip: use the upper handle to also train your seized power) ▫ BARBELL ROWS - I always try to go there as heavy as possible to overload the muscle. A bit of using the momentum is allowed here while doing 4 sets for also 8 reps each. But don't carry it too far with the momentum☝🏼 I prefer doing them with an under handle and pulling them right down the chest to hit more of the upper back than the lower one. ▫ WIDE PULL-UPS - the focus on this exercise at this point of the workout is not on the up, it's the down, the negative. Try to go down on each rep as slow as possible. If you can't do the up anymore, step up on something to just do the negative. 4 sets have to been done with as many reps as possible. ▫ ROWING MACHINE - a sweet little one to finish the back session. It's doable for everyone and perfect to burn some calories 🔥 ▫ Tell me your thoughts about it and may give it a try 😉 I'm always glad for any feedback, positive and especially negative ones 🙏🏼 and if you want to see more training videos just let me know 😏👍🏼

Australien Pull Ups am Reck zählen mittlerweile für mich zu einer der Lieblingsübungen! Ihr trainiert damit nicht nur die tiefen Muskulatur, welche für Stabilität sorgt. Sie ist wunderbar für die hintere Schulter sowie den Trapezmuskel, welcher für die Rückentiefe sorgt. Im Gym sieht man so viele Menschen, die einen ausgeprägten Latissimus haben - dementsprechend breit sind - dafür platt wie eine Flunder. In order to reach your goals you will have to change, change your thinking and change your habits, you cannot expect to become who you want changing who you are🤩 ———— Last year for a while I lost myself, I did not know who I was or what I wanted to be or where I wanted to go, but I found myself through exercise, I began to love myself more and I slowly became the person who I wanted to be, strong, healthy and happy. Some days it is easer to be happy and other days it is a little harder but I do use exercise as a release, a way to get rid of negativity🐰 ———- Today after work I decided to do a 10 minute run before doing legs, but the run was so nice I decided to keep going and I ended up doing 3.2 kilometers and did not do legs, but the run made me feel so great and that is why I exercise to feel that amazing feeling and to end my day on a high note, but I will definitely be doing legs tomorrow😁
