Protien is an essential macronutrient that we require for bodily function. Although what is the truth when it comes to dosage? Bro science says " Bro, you gotta make sure you consume atleast 1.5 - 2 grams per pound of body weight to gain. Trust me bro, you will see the difference". Now if you believe in bro science, then I'm sure you have fallen into this trap. Well be prepared to have your paradigm shattered. SCIENCE shows, that our bodies require 0.7 - 0.8 grams per pound of body weight. I would even say that if you are trying to put on some lean mass a little quicker then normal, you could stretch as far as 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. These are parameters assuming that you are an active individual. If you are not however, you should stick to 0.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. Remember guys , having protien every meal is still important, although overconsumption can have much more adverse effects than you bargained for. ➡️The windmill. One of my favorite #rotationalstrength exercises SUPERSET with an explosive wall ball throw. Bonus: shoulder and hip stabilization! - ➡️In #golffitness and especially in the #rotationalpower portion of my programming, I prefer to NOT think about training the muscles themselves, but rather the central nervous system. This superset will create faster synapse (chemical/electrical messages) between the neurons, as well as creating a more efficient ATP-CP fuel system and a faster rejuvenation of stored ATP so you can be at your 100% every stroke. - ➡️Shoot for 80% of your 1 rep max for your #maxstrength aspect (3 to 5 reps), then use a light wall ball or training aid and work on moving quick with quality for 5 to 10 reps. Be sure to rest at least 3 to 5 minutes between sets to allow for ATP regeneration.
