Usualmente cuando estamos en un regimen alimenticio o queremos comer mejor cuidar lo que llevamos a la boca y vemos las porciones en medidas pero no tenemos un peso de cocina para ser precisos nos paramos frente a la duda de ยฟcuanto debo comer? Por eso aca les dejo un modo sencillo y estimado de como manejar las porciones de cada macronutriente con nuestra mano. 1.- Dos manos juntas: para vegetales ensaladas verdes y mixtas lechuga, tomate, cebolla, zanahoria, vegetales al vapor como brรณcoli, coliflor, esparragos, habichuelas, etc. 2.- la palma de la mano (sin incluir dedos) son entre 80g y 100g esta es la cantidad ideal para proteinas como carnes, pescado, pollo etc. 3.-Mano entera ligeramente cerrada como haciendo una cama cรณncava es aproximadamente media taza, 2oz, o entre 50 y 70 gramos porcion ideal para carbohidratos como arroz, pasta, platano, batata, calabaza, maiz, harinas etc. Recuerda si vas a consumir varios carbohidratos tienes que distribuirlos dentro de esta cantidad ejemplo: 40g de platano y 30g de arroz. 4.- Pulgar entero: aproximadamente 30g o una cucharada grande porcion requerida para grasas como matequilla, mantequilla de mani, aceite de oliva, aderezos con mayonesa natural etc. 5.- Yema del dedo รญndice: aproximadamente 15g o una cucharadita porciรณn que puede utilizarse en syrups, miel, mermeladas asi como tambien aderezos salados y mantequillas. #fitness #health #saturday #nutrition #diet #fittip #fitinspo #cardio #girls #gains #booty #bootyshape #sixpack #likeforlikes #workout #exercise #weightloss #fatloss #dieting #alimentacion #carb #fattys #protein

I made a small tweak to my setup to get just a smidge more upright, and I think it worked. โ€ข #benchpress 250x5 first and last sets called out by @dholly88 , and reinforced his observation that thereโ€™s a visible difference when I actively pull the bar in vs resting at the bottom. Incase you have not caught the trend chicken is lifeeeeee. Iโ€™m really trying to track my food and I started a book tracking system this week and let me tell you it has made a world of difference. I donโ€™t count calories I eat low carb foods, high fat and high protein ya girl has goals of gains. Iโ€™ve held steady for 3 days at 190.6. Iโ€™m solid with that. Iโ€™m gaining so much more in leanness and strength by fueling my body the way it likes while compromising and finding alternatives for cravings. I eat fruit when I want cake or Iโ€™ll have some lays pops or backed cheeseits when I want chips. Not every day but eating 5 of those and curving the crave for a bag of bbq chips is worth the 7 carbs to me. I intake 40 net carbs a day as a disclaimer. When the amount of working out I do, I find this is the ideal about to take in not feel like Iโ€™m dead and still lose. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‘ #ketomyway
