#Throwback #Flashback I was having a horrible day when this video was taken. I was so sad and so unmotivated to do my workout and wanted to go home. Dre @dre_livefitarmy came through that evening for a leg workout as well. He convinced me to join him and the squad for a leg workout. We were squatting, increasing weight after each set. Then, Dre was like “Nischeena, you can definitely do 205!” I was looking at my little legs like “HELL, NO!” Then, 5 reps later, I did it! - IF AT FIRST YOU DON’T SUCCEED, KEEP TRYING AGAIN. WHAT MATTERS MOST IS THAT YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF ALWAYS, ESPECIALLY WHEN OTHERS BELIEVE IN YOU ♥️♥️♥️
