Awesome Tuesday!!!! Well I finished my 5 day juice detox from @squeezedonline so 5a #campgladiator it was... It's #boldweek which is the recovery week, and consist of light/mod workouts, foam or tennis ball rolling... This is what I needed coming off a 5 day juice detox... #24hourfitness #lighttrainingday... Today I slowly began transitioning solid food back into my diet.. Wonderful Tuesday everyone!!!! 5a #campgladiator #peakweek.. This morning's camp was an intense one.... 4 rounds 5 exercises with reps of 17, 21, 25, 29 for a total of 92 hand raised pushups, 10 sets of sprints, 92 plank jacks, 92 burpees, and 4 laps equivalent to 1 mile being ran while carrying a 15lb sand bag. Finished with 3 rounds of 1min weighted Russian twist!!!!
