Dehydration is a serious thing and it doesn’t just happen when you don’t drink anything for days. You’re supposed to drink half your body weight in water a day, if you don’t get enough your brain starts sucking water from places like your joints and so on. Ok this might be super obvious but One key thing to being super confident in yourself is Take care of yourself! Why do you think I workout? Why do you think I read books? Why do you think I get my haircut? I used 2 tsp of coconut oil on the Brussels sprouts and other then that salt and pepper. . . When it comes to losing weight or burning fat consistency is key. Being prepared also helps you from hitting up the drive thru. I eat simply, basic and have no crazy recipes.
