Most of the people will never know the feeling of almost passing out under the bar while squatting a heavy motherfucking weight, and that’s really sad for them🤷‍♂️ Throwback earlier this year to my most intense squat set with 5 reps at 260kg and a 300kg squat. Both RAW using only knee sleeves👊 #suffering

I love the taste, the structure, how light it is, it’s low on calories and saturated fat and has so many benefits as well! However it IS low in protein but y’all already know it’s not a problem in my nutrition😉 . . 🥛Grab a gallon or a quart of your fav milk and do these exercises with me! Body confidence💓 First thing I truly believe in is ditching the scales and taking body measurements and go by how you feel in yourself not what number is on the scales 🤗 Second thing is putting yourself first which is a lot of different things like eating right, drinking enough water, doing things that make you happy and being a positive person, surround yourself with the right people ect☺️ Also do it for you, don’t do it to impress anyone or have unrealistic goals because these things take time it’s a lifestyle not a quick fix. Who else has problems with heavy weights and joints? 🔹 🔹 I know that gonna sound like grandma, but I have issues with my hand joints in combination with heavy weights and all pull movements. Probably because I broke them twice 😂 sports accidents 🤷‍♀️ 😜 no risk no fun 😜 Therefore I train with lighter weights and do more reps. Tipp: Kickbacks kniend 🍑 ▪️ Die nächste Übung, die mich niemand jemals "in freier Wildbahn" machen sehen wird, sind Kickbacks. Dieses Video stammt aus der Übungsbibliothek, damit die Kunden, denen ich es in den Plan baue, wissen, wie sie es machen sollen. ▪️ Das soll aber nicht heißen, dass Kickbacks nie Sinn machen. Es kommt auf das Ziel an. Bei mir passt es einfach nicht in meinen Plan und zu meinen Zielen. Grundsätzlich sind Kickbacks eine Übung, um die Hüftextension zu trainieren, also eine der Funktionen des Gluteus. 🍑 ▪️ Der Vorteil im knien auf der Bank ist offensichtlich: ➡️Du bist viel stabiler und kannst dich besser auf die Übung konzentrieren, wnen du dich nicht stabilisieren musst.
