Now if you believe in bro science, then I'm sure you have fallen into this trap. Well be prepared to have your paradigm shattered. SCIENCE shows, that our bodies require 0.7 - 0.8 grams per pound of body weight. I would even say that if you are trying to put on some lean mass a little quicker then normal, you could stretch as far as 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. These are parameters assuming that you are an active individual. If you are not however, you should stick to 0.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. Remember guys , having protien every meal is still important, although overconsumption can have much more adverse effects than you bargained for.
