Five exercises that I think are the core of every back session. Go heavy on the deadlifts and rows, aim for 3 sets failing on the 8th rep. Take the landmines and shrugs a bit lighter and aim for 2 sets failing on the 12th rep. Just nail the pull ups - nice and slow - complete untill failure and then do as many partials or negatives untill you cry.

430x3 high bar squat for my top set today. Definitely still felt the lat/tricep with axle deads, so kept it light and focused on speed. Also got in some DB tempo step downs, hamstring curls (with stability ball), and banded knee lockouts.
