Jo came to see me for some help with technique on the 3 lifts about six months ago, and since then we’ve worked together and I’ve watched not only her technique improve, but her hard work and determination see her get stronger and stronger every week! . An almost perfect day with 8/9 lifts, and PB’s on all lifts! Well done Jo really proud of your composure and rising to the occasion today, big things to come! 😊 .
