Prises des mains : 🔸️Prise large => prise classique pour recruter un maximum de pectoraux et donc un meilleur recrutement de force 🔸️Prise serrée => plus de triceps recrutés au détriment des pectoraux donc moins de force recrutée 🔸️(Possible en prise suplination) . Posture et exécution : . 👉 Chest bombé + omoplates serrés dans le banc + épaules en arrière (⚠️pas crispées) 👉 Les épaules, les romboïdes et le fessier doivent impérativement être en contacte avec le banc durant toute la durée de l'exercice 👉 Les pieds sont à plat au sol, on les visse pour les enraciner dans le sol et avoir une base solide (possibilité d'utiliser un step ou des plates pour les pieds si besoin de se rehausser) 👉 Yeux alignés à la barre avant de lever la barre 👉 Les coudes à 45° 👉 Le transverse abdominal engagé et gainé durant toute la durée de l'exercice 👉 La barre doit toucher le chest pour valider la répétition . Erreurs à ne pas faire : . ❌ Décoller les épaules et les emmener vers l'avant ❌ Avoir la barre en bas du chest ou vers les épaules. not in your career yet - no problem at all! i certainly am far from what i want to be doing. you can’t let that stop you from working your face off. if you want that promotion or a reference for future jobs, you can’t simply go through the motions. that is one way to CERTAINLY ensure that promotion will never come your way. - your attitude and work ethic go a long way and isn’t unnoticed. be a positive asset to whatever work force you’re currently in because it ALWAYS matters!

Here's my favourite bicep exercise! It never lets me down.... Yes it is just curls, BUT time under tension is KEY! You don't want to rest but you can switch weight if it becomes to difficult 🙆‍♀️ Save and try throwing in this standard pyramid into your next arm day! It consists of doing 5 on one side, while holding the other arm flat out for some good time under tension action! Repeat the same process as shown for 4 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps, 1 rep, and lastly do them both for 5 reps for a burnnnnnn! my top fitness mistakes - IMPATIENCE. i would always keep jumping from program to program expecting to make crazy amounts of gains. when in turn, i could’ve made great gains on any of them if i stuck to it. gaining muscle is a long term progress that requires patience! - ALWAYS TRYING TO GET LEANER. i’d always try to get leaner thinking this was going to make me look great and huge. when in turn i’ve never fully committed to growing muscle so each time i’d cut down, i’d look the exact same. if you’re in a spot debating cutting or growing, most cases i’d recommend growing because of how long the process can be to put on lean muscle mass compared to the time it takes to lose body fat. - MAKING FITNESS MY LIFE and not part of my life. fitness isn’t everything. there are so many things in life far more important. at times i let it take control over everything. i’d leave hanging out with friends to eat, not go out to eat with family, etc. it would dictate if a day was good or not. remember that fitness is just a part of your life and not your whole life.

One of my favorite quotes by @etthehiphoppreacher goes something like, “love the process as much as the product.” . Everyone has goals they’re working towards; whether that’s in the gym, work, or life. Sometimes we don’t know how long it will take to achieve those goals, so why not enjoy the ride? If you don’t love the journey, what will you feel like when reach the destination? . I didn’t hit the metabolic jackpot when it comes to putting on muscle (hello 500g carbs a day tapeworm 😂🐛). But will that stop me from giving my all, having fun and aiming to improve every single day? Heck no! The ability to learn more about myself is the greatest gift bodybuilding has given me. Challenging, yes, but beyond rewarding. . You have the power to be the best version of YOU. Setbacks don’t weaken you— unless you let them. Your past doesn’t define you— unless you dwell on mistakes. Great leg day today! Did 430LB for 3x3 after a 455LB single. This weight is starting to feel really good and with no issues. Keeping my eye on that on 500LB squat in the coming weeks.
