Unilateral training is a great way to hit your core whilst hitting other muscle groups simultaneously💪 Here I’m performing a single arm pull down with oblique crunch- As always start the pull with the shoulder blade, then the arm and to finish pull your elbow into your pocket to hit the obliques. Then fully stretch up before repeating. Second move is a transverse(twisty) core move into a supinating(twisty up) row- Here the movement starts with a twist through the trunk then the pull follows. Controlled tempo and form are paramount! Don’t sacrifice your technique for ego, you’ll get better results moving correctly with time under tension⏳💪 .
