what i ate today💘 (might also eat a little snack tonight but can’t b asked to wait aha) . . Breakfast : porridge with flaked almonds and mixed berries Snack: trek original oat flapjack Lunch: very random DON’T JUDGE. i just threw what i had together. 2 fried eggs, quinoa, celeriac, and grated carrot. Snack: cornbreads with a sliced banana Dinner: lightly dusted garlic chicken, cubed potatoes, and peas. . workout: abs/core 😊 everyday is different. i don’t count macros or eat the exact same amount day in day out because that isn’t something i want to do. it’s not natural for me. no hate to those who do track their food🙋🏻‍♀️ thing is, it’s okay to eat more sugar one day, more fat another. you’re body doesn’t work on a 24hr clock. it all balances out. if everyone counted their macros there would be a variety of results because we all like different foods. maybe someone eats a few more fats than the next. as long as your not doing anything excessive or unhealthy you shouldn’t have to feel bad about it! don’t restrict yourself from foods you deem bad. everything is good in moderation. listen to your body and stop being so hard on yourself. do you want some of your mums cake? have it. craving a big cosy bowl of porridge or veggies? eat it. i eat lots of healthy foods as well as some “treats” because life is for living! basically, don’t listen to fad diet trends or people who have no idea what they’re talking about. listen to your body because it is smarter than you know ! 💘 - - - - #everythinginmoderation #balance #whatieatinaday #fdoe #whatieat #whatiatetoday #food #foodie #health #porridge #berries #nuts #breakfast #fulldayofeating #absday #workout #workoutroutine #loveyourself #bekindtoyourself #youareenough #carbs #fats #protein #glutenfree #bloating #tomorrowisanewday #wrkt #lifestyle #foodblog #instagramvreality
