Biceps & Triceps 💪🚨 Make sure you Save this post for big arms 🤪🔥 - Can I just say that if you’re going to train Arms, train them twice a week at least, using a push pull legs split will make this easier to do ✅ - 📌 1. Standing barbell curls : The best exercise for biceps there is, actually it recruits your core too so it’s a win win, stand with your elbows by your side, and lift the bar to your upper chest keeping your elbows by your side (allow for small swing in last 1-3 reps) squeezing your biceps as hard as you can at the top 💪 - 📌 2. They are an easier way to work all areas of your triceps! ............................................................................ ⭐️Bench tricep extension 10 reps & increase in weight after each set (ONLY if i can perform the exercise CORRECTLY!! ) KEEP ELBOWS IN!! ! ⭐️Single arm extension (4X15)- these are my absolute favorite tri exercise in dis worllddd. increase in weight after each set! ⭐️Tricep push down (3X15)- these isolate back of arms which meaans... TONING back of arms! Keep elbows in and flare out when fully extended 😋 ⭐️ Reverse wide grip pull down - I tend to keep the same weight (easier but still tough weight) to focus on the contraction of the triceps. Pull bar down and lock for full tension.. slow negative on the way up. Do as many as you can until failure (3 times) ⭐️dumbbell overhead extensions (4X15) . ............................................................................ #10yearchallenge well I'd say a lot has changed 😂 I've found a love of fitness, gained confidence I never thought I'd have, and met some amazing people. The only thing that hasn't changed is my love of kitties😂 but that #glowup is great!

Some cannon work with my boy @diondre_frank this morning, them bad boys can never be big enough.⁣ ⁣ -Close Grip Bench, you want your arms about shoulder with apart and push through the inside of the hand to really focus on using your triceps and not your chest. ⁣ ⁣ -Ez Bar Curls, the eccentric part of the lift(negatives) is just as important as the concentric. Challenge yourself by not swinging and feeling every rep⁣ ⁣ -Cable V Bar Curls/Extensions, this is an exercise @diondre_frank showed me and I’m glad he did. I’m always looking for new ways to challenge the muscles and this definitely got the job done and then some. Squeeze on every rep⁣ ⁣ -Farmers walk, the forearms go way underworked most of the time because we feel as if we get enough with our other lifts. They need love just like any other muscle and this is a great way to get it in. I like to go about 25-30 yards per round. ⁣ ⁣ Halfway through the week, there’s still time to make this one a stepping stone for your next week.
