I neglected my splits practice for several months over the summer. And then on top of that I started working out my lower body at gym again (I hardly ever work out my upper body at the gym because yoga takes care of that ☺️😉) which made my lower body extremely stiff and my muscles felt incredibly short and tight. So this ebook has helped me so much! I still have some work to do especially on my left side. But I love the practice and embrace the challenge!
