Over a 150# difference and I can’t tell you how good I felt on wedding day. Obviously over the moon happy to be marrying the man of my dreams, but also to feel so beautiful. Never in a million years did I think I could wear a gown like mine. Something form fitting that hugged my curves. I felt like it showed off the years of hard work and dedication. It’s true what they say, 80% of your physical results are based on your nutrition. You cannot out train a bad diet, friend. I have 10 workouts left in the 100 workout program I committed to back in July and I have to admit, I feel stronger than ever both mentally and physically. This program was scary to commit to, but I’ve given it my all. Where would you be if you would’ve started with me a few months ago? When I committed to this program and took my before photos, I was hit with the harsh reality that I let my healthy habits slide. I slipped back into old habits and was not at all focused on my nutrition like I should’ve been. Living an 80/20 balanced lifestyle is what has proven to work best for me; time and time again. I don’t have to cut out the cocktails or pizza or snacks, but I need to balance them. Focus on fueling my body with the proper portions and amounts. Exceed my water goal daily. Be intentional about mindless snacking and emotional eating. I have the tools, old habits just die hard sometimes. Are you curious on how I balance my nutrition with healthy swaps? How would you like to head into the holidays creating healthy habits and kick the social norm of gaining 5-10 lbs? I know I’m ready! Starting November 4th I’m running a health bet that’s focused strictly on nutrition and will go until Christmas. Transformation Tuesday! The photo on the left was when I was pregnant with Leo. The crazy thing is right before I started the @21daymealplan six months ago, I had gotten back up to my heaviest pregnancy weight, but I wasn't pregnant. That was a huge wake up call to me. Seeing 260 pounds on my 5'4 body scared me. As a nurse, I knew where my health was headed and it wasn't good. Today I am so so thankful to feel better, to have good health and to be helping others get theirs back too. ❤ If you are new here, the link to the meal plan I followed to lose weight is in my bio.
