I take a lot of these methods from old school @schwarzenegger videos 🙌🏼 I’m constantly trying to learn more & apply it to my training. Haven't been posting much lately since things still haven't been all that good for me right now. Losing weight too fast, just getting over a 3 week sickness, mentally still fucked up, final semester of grad school starting, etc. Just been a weird time in my life and it's taking it's toll on my training. 405 for 5. When there's no one in the gym and you've to record your own videos. This is a hypertrophy oriented set with 10 reps per set. I had done 8 strength sets before that with 3RM weight. Strength, hypertrophy and endurance...every aspect of muscular capability should be utilised in order to reap maximum benefits. You shouldn't be very rigid about one domain only. Explore every domain. Remember to keep a neutral back and have the shoulder blades retracted and depressed back, so as to provide maximum stimulation to the chest muscles. If you don't do that, then the anterior deltoids will take over and then there's no point of doing the movement, if the intended muscle isn't working the way it should be. I LOVE MY PAIR OF CHESTICLES!! 😋😉
