The happiness you feel when you actually finished a killer workout and did not die. Not gonna lie, I was a little bit intimidated and overwhelmed when I saw my workout for today. I was hoping he did a typo, but nope he didn’t. I was so proud of myself for not cutting corners and finishing the whole thing. I was smiling on my last sled walk. Telling myself “you don’t quit”!! At almost 47 years old I feel amazing. Jordon, thank you for pushing me beyond my limits. My strength has increased and I am running faster than I have ever been. To all the people that message me and tell me how much I inspire and motivate them (keep doing what your doing). Don’t let anyone tell you that your too old to do anything. Don’t set limits for yourself either because of your age. It’s just a number.
