Holy heck I had a hard time uploading this!! IG is super screwy with me lately and I’m not happy about it 😡😡😡 . I’m not very well balanced or graceful so plyos are especially challenging for me. I was not happy with my form today on the skull crushes, so for my next set I dropped weight and focused more on using the correct form. today, I realized that I haven’t ever properly introduced myself! so here’s the run down: my name is Madison, I’m 19 and I’m from a small town in Texas! I currently am a junior at Texas A&M University, studying Public Health. I am hoping to get my masters degree and do something with health administration and/or health promotion. I enjoy shopping, cheeseburgers, cookies and ice cream more than the average person. I was a cheerleader for 13 years (school/all star) and I also played golf in school. (Along with a bunch of other sports) I have a puppy named Ellie and I have a boyfriend, Harrison, that is my very very best friend. I started lifting weights when I was 16 and fell in love fitness. This past year, when I moved to college, the freshman 15 (I should say 30) was brutal. I gained lots of weight and became pretty depressed. April 10, 2019 I started my fitness journey. I’m down about 15 pounds, but I’m wanting to lose about 35 pounds total. I’m doing this to rejuvenate my love I used to have for my body, confidence, and overall a healthier lifestyle. I started this page at the beginning of June to help me stay motivated and to gain community.
