It's #NoDaysOff until...one day I guess🙄😐. I WILL reach my goal by my 45th birthday in August. I lifted heavy weights & did a #Hiit on the treadmill this morning. Although I like to see the number on the scale decrease I try not to focus on it. I try to focus more on my #bodyfat so I have a scale that measures it. I lift weights 3 to 4 days a week & do cardio that tones the body & increase the heartrate like jumping Jack's, burpees, pushups, hiit, etc. The first time I lost 80+lbs I focused too much on the scale by doing a lot of cardio & got way too small (like a size 4/6 from a 22/24). This time I'm focusing on being healthy, strong, fit & keeping all my curves momma and daddy blessed me with😁. I may or may not look like it but I weigh close to 200lbs. Don't be afraid to lift & tone ladies. It decreases the chance of having too much extra skin when you lose a lot of weight. #GoodMorning #WeightLossJourney #LifestyleChange #HealthierChoices
