I can certainly use some deep backbends this morning. After days of cleaning, packing, painting, moving and unpacking....my back, feet and hands are shot! All those activities have you bent over or cause tension and strain in your back; so stretching and opening the front will help release some of the pressure. I'm so happy with my own place...finally I have that space I need to regroup and then expand and grow. Yaaay to knew begginings!
