The time is now! * Working out seems to be at odds with our schedule. Work, sleep, eating, playing, social engagements, friends, and family all take a piece of the pie. * So how does one get it all in? * Unfortunately, the answer is different for everyone. Maybe fewer video games or less tv. Perhaps it's getting up earlier. Or even doing things a bit faster to make more time. * No matter what needs to happen, it always starts with deciding beforehand and having the integrity to stick with an earlier decision. (If you can't trust yourself, who can you trust? And who can trust you?) * It's hard as hell to get up early. It's easier for something you love, but not all of us are there yet. So set your alarm out of reach. Force yourself if you have to. * Set up everything for an easy win. If going home and getting a gym bag will decrease the possibility of a workout, bring the bag with from the start. * There are a thousand other tricks and strategies for easy wins that build up to a victory. Pay attention to the things you trip on. Then change the situation (beforehand if possible). * A wise woman once told me, we make time for what's important. * Tomorrow, all about rest days.
