Most of the newbies out there in the gym are finding a way to increase there pullups or start performing them but are unable to perform even 2 to 3 reps. So here I am providing them the 3 easy steps to begin with. - - Step 1💪 STRENGTHEN YOUR BACK✔✔:- Strengthening t back by performing bodyweight rowing exercises, Pulldowns machine. Which will allow you to grow your muscles & get stronger & ready for pullups. Incorporate both vertical pulling & horizontal pulling into the workout. - Step 2🙌🙌 ASSISTED PULLUPS✔✔:- Start doing pullups with bands assisted or on the assisted pullups machine. Aim somewhere 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps each. - (HERE COMES THE MANLY THING) Step 3⤴ BODYWEIGHT PULLUPS✔✔:- First start with as many reps as u can with a proper form by focussing on slowly lowering yourself throughout the movement & soon you ll be able to pullup as many reps as you can.
