◼️PULL-UP OR SHUT UP◼️ . . 📍Common pull-up mistakes . False: ◾Not full range of motion(half effort lead to half results) ◾Fast reps lead to wrong movements (there is an exception explosive pull-ups which we are going to talk to another tutorial) ◾Kipping to reach the bar height (known as CrossFit pull-ups) ◾Using knee raise to gain momentum Corrections: ◾Try to go from a dead hang all the way up to bar (full motion with the chin over the bar) ◾Again slow and controlled movement, even more if you are a beginner ◾Engage the core and don't use momentum ,try to find the balance in the movement (remember with momentum, you're only cheating from yourself) 🇬🇧 . . 📍 Συνηθέστερα λάθη κατά την εκτέλεση έλξεων .
