Muscle Up 360 Tutorial! A few notes: I need to emphasize, IT'S ALL ABOUT HOW HIGH YOU WILL GET, not about the spin. I was a victim to that thought and it kept me from progressing quickly. So keep that mindset when you are practising. Also, for figuring out which side is better, you can try on the ground simply by jumping and spinning, or from the bar, without doing the full motion. Or you can try 180 both sides, see which one is better. And yes, I am aware that the numbers are all messed up, will make sure they are consistent in the future.
