DIPS 10 reps.⁣ 2. L-SIT hold 10 sec.⁣ 3. PUSH-UPS 10 reps.⁣ 4. PULL-UPS 5 reps.⁣ 5. CHIN-UPS 5 reps.⁣ 6. ROWS 15 reps.⁣ ⁣ 🔹Keep in mind that above reps are the MINIMUM before trying a skill. If you truly want to master the basics then I recommend doing more reps:⁣ ⁣ 🔹MASTER EXERCISES REPS⁣ 1. DIPS 40 reps.⁣ 2. L-SIT hold 30 sec.⁣ 3. PUSH-UPS 40 reps.⁣ 4. PULL-UPS 20 reps.⁣ 5. ‼️HOW TO DO A MUSCLE UP‼️ • With these 4 steps I did my first muscle up • Requirements: ✅ 15 pull ups with full range of motion ✅ 10 straight bar dips ✅ 10 hanging leg raises • • ▪️Step 1 find the ‘magic button’ You start the first step with a little swing forwards with one foot. If your foot is on his highest point you will bring your other foot to the same (highest) point. The last thing to do is push your toes to the ground. IMPORTANT is that you choose the right momentum for pushing your toes • ▪️Step 2 high pull up: This is not the high pull up that you used to. It’s important that you make a ‘C’ high pull up. That means that you pull yourself up and go around the bar like a ‘C’ • ▪️ Step 3 lean over the bar: By this step is it important to choose the right momentum to lean over the bar. A very long road to a full planche, but this exercise builds the muscles and strength required in order to progress to the next level. Started with a bar roll-up, then bar forward roll and finished with a 180. We don’t work on dynamics very often.
