I appreciate how much you guys enjoy us sharing our love with the gram. I appreciate the #eatfam always commenting and getting in their feelings with me on these post lol. But truth be told if no one was watching I’d still post the same long ass emotional captions. The reason behind the post are not for attention, hell none of this is. The reason is to show off what I am proud of, to make her know and feel how much pride comes from being her man. I know a lot of you think that I have been swole all my life. That’s false af lol. The top was one of the many many times that I fell off. I really didn’t know how to eat, and I wasn’t lifting for a month or two. Allll my gains were lost. But just like I tell y’all, pick up where you can and start all over. In my first two-three years of lifting I can’t tell you how many times I did this. It’s a journey so don’t beat yourself up for missing a day, month, hell even a year. Just shut up and clock in!

I really don’t understand why people get so self conscious during a bulk. Now I get it not everyone looks the same or “as good” as others but who really cares bruh. I’ll go to the beach bulked as hell and run in slow mo like David Hasselhoff fam 😂. You have to stop caring about everyone else so much. DO YOU fam. That’s how you stay happy 😁.

There were a bunch of Ivanko and York stuff there so that was great. Squat rack had gotten taken away so that was less than great. . Just pretty much did what felt right. Session went something like this. . Prehab movements. Deadlifts: 1x8 @ 135 Deadlifts: (2" deficit) 1x5 @ 135 DB Snatch: 1x5 ea @ 20 lbs KB Snatch: 1x5 ea @ 24 kg #) KB Swings: 1x10 @ 24 kg (52.89) EZ BB Curls: 3x10 @ 65 Dips: 3x5 RLE Split Squats: 1x5 ea @ 40 Jump Rope R1:100 straight Jump Rope R2: 20 single leg alternating L and R until 100 ea side. . ~MUG CAKE con cuore freddo di yogurt al COCCO 🥥 ~ . Ingredienti: 20g di farina di avena, 15g di farina di riso, 10g di cacao amaro, 10g di farina di cocco, 1 vasetto di yogurt bianco greco 0% (70g per l’impasto e il restante per la farcitura), 100ml di albume, acqua q.t. basta, 5g di bicarbonato + succo di limone . Procedimento: amalgamate tutti gli ingredienti con l’aiuto di una frusta, versare il composto in una tazza e procedere con la cottura a bagnomaria per 20min con coperchio. Una volta raffreddato, tagliate il centro e inserite lo yogurt bianco 0% mescolato, precedentemente, con la farina di cocco. Ricoprite la Mug Cake con uno strato di yogurt e cocco e cremina di cacao (10g di cacao + acqua q.t. basta) . 471 kcal tot. 💥CARDIO 101💥 . Some people love it, and some dread ever touching it . Regardless, there’s DO’s and DONT’S with how to incorporate cardio into your diet phase . ⬇️Here’s how⬇️ . 1️⃣ - Do NOT use cardio as a punishment, simply get back on track the next day 2️⃣ - Cardio is a TOOL to use when you hit a weight-loss plateau 3️⃣ - You do NOT have to do cardio to lose weight, you could simply lower your calorie intake instead 4️⃣ - Cardio can & should be tracked in ‘calories burned’ to factor in to your weekly caloric surplus 5️⃣ - Do NOT just jump into doing cardio everyday, slowly build up the total calories burned per week throughout your cutting phase. I would recommend starting with 200-300 calories burned, 1-2 times per week and building up from there! 6️⃣ - If you like eating more food while losing weight, you can up the total calories burned of cardio week to week to add to your deficit instead 7️⃣ - EVERYONE should do some form of cardio to help with overall cardiovascular health. Even if you are in a lean mass/bulking phase! 8️⃣ Studies have shown that when cardio is combined with weight training, LISS (Low intensity steady state) is the most optimal form so you can keep your recovery from the workouts at an optimal level 9️⃣ Mess around with all forms of cardio, LISS, MISS, & HIIT and see what works best for you and fits your lifestyle! . Posing is much more than finding and old pic of Arnold and trying to imitate it. You need to be aware of your strengths. Aware of your weakness. You have to show one and hide the other. All while contracting every muscle in your body, breathing lightly, smiling, making it look easy and not passing out. If you master that then congratulations, you’ve gotten ONE pose down out of your 60 second routine. If you think you don’t need help you’re wrong. Changes really don’t happen overnight. The hard part about anything is not really the start but the consistency. You could easily start a new hobby, passion, career, class, etc. But not many stick to the plan and follow with their goal. I guess what I am trying to say is that with my experience I’ve seen results because of my consistency and discipline. Quote me on this: Slow progress is better than no progress. #thoughts

1/14/19 -- This is more like it, video wise. This day was pretty garbage in the gym. Didn't lift the day of, no contacts, freezing cold, couldn't keep an active sweat, no contacts, legs were dead. Still got it in though. . Anyway, just tossing this up because everything ain't always pretty. Shit can look downright ugly sometimes, and IG can look like a highlight reel. It ain't. Not sure how useful or interesting "failures" are but it's reality so it at least has a purpose. . Reps. Reps. Reps. Reps. Reps. More reps. This was right before leaving, so already fatigued.
