Comme dirait @pookie_fit On essaie toujours de rattraper @maniosmaryse_ Il y a encore du chemin mais on reste déterminés 😈 ◾ Aujourd'hui entraînement plus classique mais bien efficace en effectuant une alternance d'écartés haltères et développé incliné haltères à 60 degrés puis après on recommence mais à 30 degrés On fini par du développé couché haltères, de la poulie vis-à-vis, des dips et un peu de corde pour les triceps 💪 ◾ Pookie nous a aussi inventé un mouvement le couché/assis 😐 mais on l'aime bien quand même hein !
