Heyyy alle zusammen 😎😊 Ich hoffe man sieht die Sticks, training ist in vollem Gange und ich dachte mir ich poste mal das video an dem Tag konnte ich 4 mal 3 Klimmzüge machen, zum Ende hin habe ich nur noch gehangen, gutes griffkraft training schon morgens gehabt, mit einer Laufeinheit..Abends dann noch Bouldern.. HEUTE habe ich bereits ein kleines #intervaltraining absolviert, ist mir aber nicht so leicht gefallen nach 8 km sind meine waden etwas am ziehen gewesen, nach 10km habe ich mich gequält..aber dann war ich ja auch fast Zuhause. Jetzt gehts gleich noch zum Brust und Schulter training #homegym.. Chin up +50kg x 5reps at 90kg bodyweight ••• 6 weeks ago I pulled my teres major doing Human Flags, so I’ve not been able to do chin ups at all. 💥 Partials 💥 . Wanneer je de eccentric only pull-ups, zoals besproken in onze vorige post, onder de knie hebt is het tijd om te gaan beginnen aan de concentrische fase. Dit doen we middels partials. Zoals de naam al zegt werken we bij partials met slechts een deel van de beweging. . De set-up die we hanteren is hierbij hetzelfde als bij eccentric only pull-ups. We beginnen bovenin de beweging met gebruik van een box of bankje. Vanuit hier zakken we gecontroleerd naar beneden tot onze armen een hoek van 90 graden maken. Vanuit hier zetten we de concentrische fase in en trekken wij ons weer omhoog. Op deze wijze maak je een set waarbij je dus een “part” van de beweging traint. Vanuit hier probeer je van training tot training of wekelijks je set met een herhaling uit te breiden. . Wanneer bovenstaande lukt voor een setje van 8-15 herhalingen kun je door naar driekwart van de beweging en een grotere partial. Hierbij laat je jezelf zakken tot je armen een hoek van ongeveer 120 graden maken ofwel driekwart van een volledige pull-up. Vervolgens train je ook hiermee tot je een set van 8-15 herhalingen kunt maken. .
