BICEP💪BURNER🔥(chinup variation) . . This is not just a normal chipup I have added some variation to make it more effective on both the slow and fast twitch muscle fibers of biceps,here we do⬇️ ▶️Slow Concentric(going up)&Fast Eccentric(coming down) ▶️Slow Eccentric(coming down)&Fast Concentric (going up) for equal amount of reps💪🔥🔥. . 🅰️Eccentric Motion:Muscle lengthens. 🅱️Concentric Motion:Muscle contracts. . . 💪.Count for 5-10 secs depending upon your strength(I did 6secs) for the slow reps and fast reps do as fast as possible in a controlled manner keeping the core contracted. 💪.The idea of the whole exercise is to increase the muscle time under tension and along with that activate the fast&slow twitch fibers togethere by doing one motion fast and other slow,even though the bicep muscle is fast twitch dominated this would work to improve the overall volume of muscle. 💪.Chinups becomes more effective on biceps when you start squeezing the biceps when the elbow reaches to 90degree,doing slowly will help to encounter this mistake and help to gain more. . . RECOVERY by @kruckifitness - You can lift well, and you can eat well, but if you are never giving your body a chance to recover form all the work, you'll never be able to reap the rewards from that hard work. - Allowing the body time to recover is absolutely crucial for muscle gain. There's lot of people who think they need to train every single day in order to grow, but if you do that, you're body never gets a chance to rest, which will lead to massive amounts of fatigue, leading to a drop in training performance. - If you want to see the best growth, you need to let go of your ego and realize that your performance is only as good as your recovery. Make sure you get AT LEAST 1 rest day a week. ✅BW Chin Ups - Currently 3rd exercise in on my Pull 1 rotation, 3 sets to failure (which equals not being able to perform another effective repetition) - 3 count eccentrics is the goal on every rep, I logged this as 9 and 3/4 (Harry Potter style) 😂 as I didn’t quite get my chin over the bar on 10th Rep. - The time will come again for weighted chin ups but for now these bodyweight sets are doing the job 👊🏻 - #Pull #BackDay #ChinUps

4x4x115kg from boxes. (👋 @hellscream_powerlifting) Before that I did 4x4x110kg from the floor to the knees. And it was pretty easy and everything felt good. Today I did some bench doubles with 62.5kg. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 Gleich muss ich schon zum Zug nach Leipzig! Ich überlege gerade, wie ich mich am besten anziehe, damit ich nicht dehydriere, falls die Klima-/Lüftungsanlage kaputt ist, die Züge überfüllt sind und das Zug-WC entweder nicht erreichbar wegen Überfüllung oder defekt oder mit Kotze beschmiert ist. Manchmal ist Zugfahren so entspannt. Wenn sich nicht schwitzende fremde Menschen dicht aneinander drängen und kaum atmen können. Manchmal ist es leer und es gibt Luft und es ist nicht Sauna oder Nordpol. Manchmal kann man dann da entspannt sitzen und lesen oder schlafen oder arbeiten. Manche Zugfahrten sind so produktiv und nett. Aber 90% der Zugfahrten sind: Leute werden gequetscht, überhitzen und fallen um, während sie noch den Pups ihres Nächsten einatmen. Bitte lass das heute nicht so sein. Nothing interesting. Just my 4th set of chin-ups I couldn’t even do 2 by then😬 4sets of clean pull-ups and assisted pull-ups to failure (3:3:3 tempo) 4sets of clean chin-ups followed by assisted ones to failure What I did in about 25 mins including warming up with scalp pull-ups and active hangs I’ve lost strength in the last few weeks due to missing out on workouts and not eating enough but still at it. Lost some lbs of muscles too in my arms 🙆🏻‍♀️ waist to hip ratio has increased and body fat above 20% now😢 all that rollercoaster ride and the stressful crazy last few weeks I had affected everything but it’s always and more important to keep working and bounce back. Still working on those pull-ups and chin-ups goals 😬😁👊🏻💪🏻 . .
