GARLIC HERB CHICKEN WITH ZUCCHINI By @alyssa_therecipecritic . Most leafy greens are a perfect source of nutrients for a Low Carb diet. However if you don't want leafy greens, consider zucchini, broccoli or cucumbers. Maybe I'll post a graph that helps explain which vegetables contain less carbs 😆 Or if you wanted a resource that is more structured, you can check out the 28 day Keto challenge in my bio. It has a lot more information about the food you should be eating and the foods you shouldn't 😉 . Serves: 4-5 INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons butter 4 garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup freshly chopped oregano 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, or breasts salt and pepper 2 medium sized zucchini, sliced INSTRUCTIONS In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat add the butter until melted. Add the garlic, oregano, rosemary and thyme.  Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and 165 degrees. Remove chicken and set aside on plate. Add the zucchini to the pan and salt and pepper. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add chicken back to the pan for a minute or so and serve. Spicy blood orange tofu served with rice by @woon.heng 💛 Recipe:⠀ Ingredients⠀ ~ 1package of firm tofu, drained well and cubed⠀ ~ 1/4 cup rice flour⠀ ~ 3 tbsp tapioca starch⠀ ~ 1 cup of water, separated *see below⠀ ~ 3 cloves of garlic, sliced⠀ ~ 2 tbsp chopped onion⠀ ~ 1 tbsp red chili pepper⠀ ~ 1 blood orange juice⠀ ~ 2 tbsp ketchup⠀ ~ 1 tbsp soy sauce⠀ ~ 1 1/2 tbsp pure cane sugar⠀ ~ 1 tbsp rice vinegar⠀ ~ salt to taste⠀ ~ oil for pan frying⠀ ⠀ How To Make:⠀ Mix rice flour, tapioca starch and 1/4 cup water in a bowl. In a heated pan with oil, dip tofu in flour mixture and fry, repeat until all tofu is done. Place tofu on a paper towel to absorb oil. Mix ketchup, orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and remaining water in a bowl. Using the same tofu frying pan with 1 tsp oil, saute onion and garlic until lightly browned, add sauce mixture and let simmer for 2 mins or until all sugar dissolves and starts to caramelize. CHOC RASPBERRY VALENTINES BARS 💘 these love bites are vegan and refined sugar free and taste bloody delicious 🤤 make these for your babe to show him/her how much you loooove them by nourishing their bodies 🥰 . 💘RECIPE💘 . Soak around 10 dates in warm water, then blend 1.5 cups of oats in a high speed blender to form oat flour . Then add in around 1/3-1/2 of a cup of shredded coconut🥥, the softened dates (make sure you take the pits out!), a teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a cup of freeze dried raspberries (could also use strawberries🍓), a tablespoon of @tropeaka maca powder because these are love bars after all and maca can help to increase libido 😏 and a teaspoon of pitaya powder (not necessary but it ups the antioxidant content⚡️) * i also added in a heaped teaspoon of @vitusonelife marine calcium to up the micronutrient profile🙌🏼 . Then i added around 1/4 of a cup of @rebel_kitchen plant based skimmed mylk and pulsed until well combined! *add more milk or water if needed, it should be a sticky consistency that can be moulded into balls or bars✨ . Pat down into a square silicon tray (or roll into balls) and put in the fridge to set! . To make the chocolate topping 🍫warm together 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, one tablespoon of raw cacao and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or your sweetener of choice), until fully melted and smooth☺️ . Pour the chocolate topping all over the slice, top with extra coconut flakes and leave to set for around 20 minutes in the freezer! Cut into squares and try not to eat them all😉 you can keep them in the fridge or freezer depending on how hard you like the bars🤗

Habt einen schönen Valentinstag! 😘 . Griessbrei mit heissen Himbeeren (2 Personen) Zutaten: 300 ml Wasser 300 ml Sojamilch 1 EL Vanillezucker 1 EL Birkenzucker (oder Zucker) 1 Prise Salz 140 g Hartweizengriess (oder Polenta) 120 g Kokosjogurt (oder griechischer Jogurt) 200 g Himbeeren (tiefgekühlt) 2 EL Chiasamen Zubereitung: Wasser, Sojamilch, Salz, Vanillezucker und Birkenzucker aufkochen. Hitze reduzieren und den Griess mit dem Schwingbesen unterrühren. Bei kleiner Hitze unter Rühren ca 3 Minuten köcheln lassen. Von der Hitye nehmen und 5 Minuten quellen lassen. My father has been in the hospital this week. Thank God he was discharged today. A woman came by his room today, her name is Cynthia. She was the head janitor and came to visit me when I was in the hospital. She always shares a biblical word. Today she passed by my fathers room and paused. She said I remember you. Then in regular Cynthia fashion she started speaking the word. This is a word where when she speaks, you listen. And I quote, “sometimes God will bring us down so he can rise us back up in his way. When you are down he will send us messages we just have to listen.” I could feel the energy shift in the room. She shared a word over my father and it was strong and beautiful. Morning friends💛 Some of you have been asking for the cookies recipe that my little one was snacking on the other day. So here, it is 4 INGREDIENTS COCONUT COOKIES ⬇️⬇️ Super easy and quick. I used a leftover yogurt that was about to go off, so I ended up with a whole bunch, want to make less, simply divide all ingredients by 2 😘 Ingredients: *400 ml of coconut yougurt *3 cups of any nut meal/flour ( I used hazelnut) *1 mashed banana *3 tbsp of shredded coconut @niulife Simply combine all ingredients until well incorporated. Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture onto lined with parchment paper baking tray, leaving 4-5 cm in between as cookies will flatten. Bake for 30-40 min or until flat, brown and crispy in the preheated to 180 degrees oven. Store in the airtight container in the fridge. . Смело делите кол-во ингредиентов на 2⬇️ *400 мл кокосового йогурта *3 ст.любой ореховой муки или перемолотых орех в кофемолке ( у меня фундук) *1 спелый банан *3 ст.л кокосовой стружки Банан разминаем вилкой, добавляем, йогурт, ореховую муку и стружку. Перемешиваем и столовой ложкой выкладываем тесто на противень застеклений бумагой для выпечки, оставляя 4-5 см между печеньками, т.к они станут тоненькими при запекания. Выпекать 30-40 мин или до коричневой, хрустящей корочки, в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке. Хранить в холодильнике в воздухонепроницаемом контейнере 🤗
