PORCIONES: 12 INGREDIENTES: - 4 tazas de agua caliente - 25 gr de gelatina de fresa - 14 gr de grenetina - 1 1/2 tazas de fresas cortadas a medida del molde, lavadas y desinfectadas - 2 tazas de leche condensada - 2 tazas de leche entera - 1 taza de leche evaporada - 42 gr de grenetina Para decorar: - suficiente de fresas - suficiente de menta PREPARACIÓN: 1. Disuelve el sobre de gelatina de fresa en el agua caliente y agrega la grenetina. Mezcla muy bien. 2. Vierte un cucharón en un molde redondo de 10 cm de diámetro, refrigera hasta que cuaje. 3. Coloca las fresas sobre la gelatina cuajada y vierte el resto de la gelatina de fresa. Refrigera hasta que cuaje. Desmolda y reserva. 4. Calienta la leche con la leche condensada, la leche evaporada, agrega la grenetina y mezcla muy bien para que no queden grumos. Enfría a temperatura ambiente cuidando que no cuaje. 5. Vierte 2 cucharones de gelatina de leche sobre un molde redondo de 20 cm de diámetro. Refrigera hasta que cuaje. 6. Coloca la gelatina de fresa sobre la gelatina de leche y vierte el resto de la gelatina hasta cubrir. Refrigera hasta que cuaje por completo. 7. Choc Chunk, S’mores and Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe 🍪 by @sixvegansisters Ingredients (~12 cookies) 2 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cornstarch 3/4 cup vegan margarine (from a tub, not the sticks) 1/4 cup nondairy milk (like almond or soy) 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a small mixing bowl, whisk the flour, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch. In a larger mixing bowl, add the margarine, milk, sugars, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer. Add ~half of the flour mixture to the wet mixture and use a rubber scraper to combine. Add the rest and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a large scooper, place balls of dough on your baking sheet. ¡Tu postre de CAFÉ favorito no puede faltar en el 2019! ☕️😋 PORCIONES: 10 INGREDIENTES: - 3 tazas de galleta de canela - 1 taza de mantequilla derretida - 1/2 taza de leche tibia - 5 cdas de café soluble - 2 paquetes de queso crema (190 gr c/u) - 2 tazas de crema para batir - 1/2 taza de azúcar glass - 1 cdita de vainilla - 14 gr de grenetina - 1/4 de taza de azúcar glass Para decorar: - 1 taza de crema para batir - 1/2 taza de azúcar glass - al gusto de cocoa PREPARACIÓN: 1. En un procesador agrega las galletas de canela y procesa por 3 minutos. 2. Mezcla las galletas con la mantequilla derretida. 3. Sobre un molde de pastel coloca la base de galletas y presiona bien para compactar. 4. Mezcla la leche con el café soluble. Reserva. 5. Bate el queso crema, agrega la crema para batir y bate hasta que doble su volumen, agrega el azúcar glass, la esencia de vainilla y agrega poco a poco el café con leche y la grenetina hidratada. 6. Vierte sobre la base de galletas y refrigera por 2 horas o bien hasta que cuaje. 7. Bate la crema hasta que doble su volumen, agrega el azúcar glass, la cocoa bate hasta integrar 8. Con ayuda de una manga con duya lisa agrega la crema para batir, y decora con cocoa en polvo. 9. Bate la crema hasta que doble su volumen, agrega el azúcar glass y mezcla hasta integrar. Coloca en una manga pastelera con duya lisa y decora el pastel. 10. Recipe: Brownies 2 cups gluten-free flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder i used @tropeaka 1 cup coconut sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 100g melted dark chocolate 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 cup almond milk 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp vanilla bean extract 1/2 tsp salt Frosting 1 cup cashew nuts soaked 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup coconut condensed milk 1-2 tbsp almond milk 1 tsp salt Instructions Preheat oven to 180 celsius. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add all brownie ingredients and mix until smooth. 
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 180 celsius for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick is inserted and comes out clean. Let cool completely Frosting In a saucepan add coconut condensed milk and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to boil until mixture just turns a deep caramel colour. Remove from heat. In a food processor, add all frosting ingredients and caramel sauce processor until creamy and smooth. Spread frosting evenly over brownies. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. ¡Este riquísimo POSTRE de chocolate y crema pastelera se volverá el CONSENTIDO de tus reuniones familiares! 🤩🍫 PORCIONES: 9 INGREDIENTES Para la crema pastelera: - 14 yemas de huevo - 1 taza de azúcar refinada - 1 taza de fécula de maíz - 8 tazas de leche - 1 cda de ralladura de limón - 2 cdas de vainilla - 14 gr de grenetina Para la cobertura: - 2 tazas de chocolate amargo derretido - 1/4 de taza de miel maple o de abeja - 1/2 taza de crema para batir caliente - suficientes galletas de vainilla PREPARACIÓN: 1. En un bowl, bate las yemas con la mitad del azúcar hasta que tengan un color más claro y esponjen. Agrega la fécula de maíz y continúa batiendo hasta que se incorpore. 2. Calienta una ollita con la leche y la mitad del azúcar, la ralladura de limón y el extracto de vainilla. 3. Agrega un poco de la leche caliente a las yemas para que se temperen, mezcla y vierte las yemas en la olla. Cocina con movimientos constantes hasta que espese. 4. Retira de la ollita y reserva en un bowl, añade la grenetina y mezcla bien hasta que se incorpore. 5. En un bowl, mezcla el chocolate con la crema para batir y la miel. Mezcla hasta que se incorporen los ingredientes. Reserva. 6. En un recipiente de vidrio coloca las galletas y vierte la crema pastelera, repite hasta completar el molde. Refrigera hasta que cuaje. 7. Retira de refrigeración y cubre con la mezcla de chocolate. 8. Frozen summer fruit semifreddo pudding Ingredients 2 medium mangoes, peeled, stone removed and chopped 3 peaches, peeled, stone removed and chopped 1 passionfruit, plus 2 extra, strained and seeds discarded 1 egg 2 egg yolks 115 g (½ cup) caster sugar 300 ml thickened cream To serve 1 pomegranate, halved 2 passionfruit, strained, seeds discarded 200 g fresh raspberries 45 g (⅓ cup) hazelnuts, roasted, skins removed and roughly chopped Instructions Chilling/freezing time: overnight Line a 1.5 litre (6 cup) pudding basin with plastic wrap, allowing some of the plastic wrap to hang over the top. Process mango and peaches into a food processor until smooth. Strain passionfruit pulp through a fine sieve; add juice to fruit mixture, discarding passionfruit seeds. Set aside. Place egg, egg yolks and sugar into a medium heatproof bowl, beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy, about 3-4 minutes. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and whisk for a further 5 minutes or until mixture doubles in size. Remove from heat and set aside to cool at room temperature. Use an electric mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes. Fold the cooled egg custard and fruit mixture through whipped cream, then spoon it into your prepared pudding basin. Cover the top with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. In a small bowl, combine the pomegranate seeds and juice, passionfruit juice and raspberries. Mix well, crushing the raspberries slightly with the back of a spoon. To serve, remove pudding from the freezer, stand for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Drizzle with the fruit mixture and scatter over hazelnuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cream together softened vegan butter, sugar, and vanilla. 3. Add in all other ingredients & combine (excluding choco chips) 4. Mix in chocolate chips with hands. 5. Grab 1 tbsp of cookie batter, roll into a ball & place on baking sheet. Continue until all batter is gone. 6. Bake for 12 minutes 7. Let them cool for 30 minutes 8. Have a cookie! 🍪💞

Pie crust: 1/4 cup rolled oats pinch of cinnamon pinch of vanilla powder 1/2 tsp cardamom 1/3 cup oat flour (gluten free alternative: almond flour) 2-3 tsp sweetener (honey or coconut sugar) 1 egg 1/4 cup natural (non-fat) quark Filling: 1 cup natural (non-fat) quark 1 egg 2-3 tsp sweetener (honey or coconut sugar) Raspberries and blueberries Instructions: • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. • Mix all the ingredients of the pie crust together in a bowl. • Oil the pie tin (you can also use spring form baking tin) or place the baking paper in the bottom of it. Pour the batter into the pie tin and mold the crust evenly. Bake in oven for approx. 15-20 minutes. The healthy and tasty crust is ready, now onto the delicious protein filling. • Mix all the ingredients for the filling and pour the mixture over the pre-baked crust steadily. • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approx. 15-20 minutes. • Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the tin. Place in fridge, serve cold.
