سلاااااام جمعتون بخییییر😍😍 تو رژیم های غذایی اکثر افراد توجه به پروتیین رو از دست میدن چون فقط به کالری دریافتی فک میکنن و از طرفی مثلا صبح نان و پنیر میخورن یا ناهار سالاد تنها ولی بدن به پروتیین نیاز داره به ازای هر کیلو وزن بدن حداقل 0.8گرم پروتیین لازمه به حداقل دقت کنید تو حالت عادی ۱گرم به ازای هر کیلو گرم وزن بدن مثلا کسی که ۶۰کیلوگرم وزن داره ضربدر ۱ میشه ۶۰ گرم پروتیین نیاز داره حالا منابع پروتیین فقط گوشت ها که نیستند منابع زیادی هست که میشه جایگزین کرد مثلا حبوبات میتونه برای یک وعده روز جایگزین بشه گوشت های سفید قرمز ماهی ها آجیل ها که بعنوان میان وعده و یا همراه سالاد میشه مصرف کرد قارچ لبنیات وووو..... اینکه مقدار پروتیین رو بخواید حساب کنید هم خیلی راحته تو گوگل میتونید ارزش غذایی هر ماده ای رو سرچ کنید و لیست کامل رو داشته باشید کالری کربوهیدرات چربی پروتیین همه چی یه نمونه هم براتون گذاشتم که ورق بزنید ببینید ناهار هم امروز عدس پلو با قل قلی بود عدس پلو دوستا دستا بالا😂😂

Add in 1/2 of vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 ice cube, 3 tbsp heavy cream, and 3 oz of strawberries. Blend together and enjoy!
