INGREDIENTS 
30g

𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩🍕💥🤤 👇👇👇{SAVE FOR LATER} - INGREDIENTS  30g (1/4 cup) tapioca flour 37g (1/4 cup) GF baking flour  37g (like 2.5 Tbsp) plain non fat Greek yogurt 1/4 egg  2g (roughly 1/2 tsp) baking powder  Pinch of salt Shredded mozzarella cheese (I used 46g) Marinara sauce (I used 54g) Turkey pepperoni (I fit 10) PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 450F.  2. Mix all of the crust ingredients together.  3. To roll it out, I cut a thick plastic ziploc bag down the sides and opened it like a book. Plopped the crust in the center, closed the book, and used a cast iron skillet to press it like you would a tortilla until it was a little less than 1/4 inch thick. Place on a sprayed baking sheet.  4. Fold the edges over and make the crusts edge 5. Use some of the leftover egg to brush the top. 6. Bake for 5-6 minutes. We’re just looking to make it hard here. A small prebake. 7. Remove from the oven and add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.  8. Put the oven on broil and put the pizza on the top shelf to brown the cheese. Watch it very closely or it will burn. I leave the oven open and watch it as it cooks. It will only take a couple of minutes. Turn it as necessary to get even browning.  This is a little bit bigger than the other experiments because I had to adjust some stuff mid trial to make it work. The other experiments were about any combination of 40g of total flour with the same about of everything else. You could probably use cornstarch instead of tapioca flour too. This pizza is around 8” in diameter. . . . Ingredients💥💥 - 2 lb ground turkey  1/3 cup vinegar based BBQ sauce 3 large sweet potatoes  15oz frozen broccoli  1 cup frozen pineapple  1 tsp garlic powder  2 Tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper  Preparation  1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium high heat and brown the turkey.  2. Preheat your oven to 400F. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries about 1/4” thick. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes then flip and bake another 10.  3. Stir in BBQ sauce and pineapple with the turkey on low 4. Cook the broccoli in the microwave or on the stove top in a seperate pot and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  5. Seems like there’s a new one every month, right? . 🤦🏼‍♀️ We’re pretty much told that if we’re not following the latest trendy diet or exercise discipline then we’re being left behind . 🤔 You can do all of the above (wouldn’t recommend though - sounds awfully tiring) or none of the above. You can find what works best for YOU (would recommend) . 🙋‍♂️ For me personally - I’ve tried a lot of the above (a long time ago and pre degree) and I’ve now settled on what works best for me and what’s sustainable . 💅 Please don’t feel the need to do something because it’s on trend at the moment. Love this visual by @cartergood: Note 🔎: weight loss or weight gain is all about calorie intake vs calories expended or used. Your body naturally uses a certain amount of calories each and every day to function... any exercise you add to that day is more calories expended from your body. Therefore if you eat in a deficit of the calories your body used for that day, you will lose weight... If you eat more calories or in a surplus of what your body expended for energy that day, you will gain weight. 3500 calories makes up 1 lb of weight. . . 🚨 Weekend splurging/overeating seems to be one of, if not the biggest struggles I see for people trying to lose weight or cut. ⠀ Plus, being that it’s the weekend now might be useful to a few people 😉... ⠀ Do you struggle with weekend overeating? Or even during the week overeating? Lol ⠀ You can do everything right Monday morning through Friday afternoon with tracking 📝, exercising 🏋️‍♀️, & staying consistent 🔄... ⠀ But you always end up blowing it Friday and Saturday night? 🍻🌮🌯🍕🍔🍟 ⠀ You see, many people don't realize how easily a weekend of mindlessly drinking 🍻 and overeating 🍩 can negatively affect their weight loss progress. ⠀ For example, let’s say a person who maintains their weight on 2300 calories sets a moderate 500-calorie daily deficit to lose weight... ⠀ They could be on point the entire week but then completely offset their hard work with just one and a half days of splurging! ⠀ Now… I’m NOT saying you can't, shan’t, or shouldn’t have fun on the weekend. ⠀ Just remember —> having too much “mindless fun" can quickly undo the hard work you're putting in Monday-Friday. ⠀ My Advice👇 ⠀  Have fun on the weekend with your friends and family (because that’s what life is all about), but make sure you’re going in with some type of a plan, too 💪☺️”

#diethack : Microwaveable Rice Packages. Cut a small hole in the top of the bag, microwave for 3 minutes, and you’re done. . . Now let’s just acknowledge right off the bat that this isn’t going to be as healthy as cooking rice from scratch. It’s just not. You’re microwaving food in plastic, so let’s get that out of the way. It IS, however, much better than some of the other quick-dinner carb options like Texas toast, canned baked beans, pizza, pasta, etc. When you’re in a pinch (and on a budget) you just want to go to the best option. . . There are LOTS of varieties of pre-made rice now. Tons. I recommend you find one (like the one in the first pic) that has the least amount of “stuff” in it. If you were cooking rice on the stove you would use rice, water, salt, and bit of butter or oil, so find a brand that’s close to that. You may need to do a bit of searching the first time you look through the options at the grocery store, but once you’ve found your go-to brand, it’ll be super easy to just grab and go the next time. If you’re tracking macros, be sure to measure out the rice as you put it on your plate, and then you just scan the barcode on the bag and log your quantity ✔️ Simple.

Made brown sugar meragnges tonight. I used Sukrin Gold instead of caster sugar (I don't have the white alternative) still works though. They tasted amazing, if I do say so myself😂😂. Recipe 1/2 Cup Sukrin Gold 4 egg whites 1/2 a teaspoon vanilla essence Pinch of salt Beat egg whites to form soft peaks, slowly beat in the sukrin, salt & vanilla to form stiff peaks. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray, I cooked them on a 100 degrees Celsius for around 50 minutes. Turned the oven off and let it cool down. 🤔 Ok, just following on from my Kim K post . ⭐️ It’s a bit of a minefield out there when it comes to nutrition advice. Who to trust? Who’s probably talking shite? Little breakdown on what’s what and who to trust in nutrition matters . ⭐️ Registered Nutritionists (RNutr)/Registered Associate Nutritionists (ANutr) i.e @laurathomasphd and @pixienutrition - they will usually have a BSc or MSc (or a PhD) in an area relating to nutrition (nutritional science, public health nutrition etc). A RNutr has the aforementioned qualification(s) AND at least 3 years professional experience (and evidence of continued professional development). A ANutr has the qualification but has not yet acquired the professional experience over the course of 3 years (or they haven’t quite gotten round to filling in the big form and portfolio lolz). Either way, both are bound to a professional and ethical code of conduct with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). This means you can’t go around talking mindless nutribollocks. All advice up to date; all evidenced . ⭐️ Nutrition scientists - they generally have a BSc or MSc (and often have or are working towards a PhD). They may not be registered with the AfN, as they often don’t work directly with clients . ⭐️ Registered Dietitians (RD) i.e bae @emmasfoodstories (almost!) - they work primarily in clinical settings (hospitals) within a multidisciplinary team of doctors and physios etc; they also work within the community and in private practice . ⭐️ Nutritional therapists - the advice they provide is often not grounded in scientific evidence. Some is based on personal opinion and is usually anecdotal at best . ⭐️ “Nutritionist” is not a protected term, meaning anyone (regardless of qualifications) can refer to themselves as such. If you want to pay for evidence based, safe nutrition advice you should check for (RNutr/ANutr/RD) after the name .

Il y a pleins d’autres choses à dire sur ce sujet mais je ne vous en dit pas plus maintenant, je garde ça pour un futur article😏 . 🇬🇧🇺🇸If your goal is to gain muscles or to lose weight, to train fasted is not a good idea...😖 . 1️⃣Doing an activity with no calories in the stomach makes your body work in slow motion so it burns fewer calories than if you had eaten before📊 2️⃣Training fasted is not a good idea because you do not have amino acids in the blood to help rebuild muscles🏋🏻 .
