DIET RECIPE: HERBED FISH & VEGGIES! Healthy and Yummy recipe for your diet routine... 🙂🎊 * 1 BASA FISH fillet (for a singles meal). I prefer frozen fillets, no cleaning hassles, convenient to use and store too. * HERBS MARINADE: In a bowl mix- 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste + Pink Salt + black pepper + fresh herbs / dried herbs mix (of your choice) +Fresh finely chopped coriander + 1 tsp olive oil/ Ghee(I prefer cooking my diet food in ghee instead of oil)+ 1/2 Lemon juice. * 1cup Cut-Veggies of your Choice : I have used Carrots and Potato ( I like to keep changing ... you can use cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, baby corn , mushrooms... what ever you like) * Sauce : Mustard/ Mint Mayo (1/2 tbs ... completely optional) * Marinate the fish with prepared herbs mixture & keep it for 10-15mins , use left over mixture to toss veggies. * In a NON STICK PAN , Cook the fish for 10mins ... around 5mins each side. Dont add any oil to the pan, the moisture from the fish and oil/greener put in the marinade will help the fish cook well. Plate the fish & set aside. * In the Same pan, add the left over Marinade mixture and add the veggies. Do not over cook the veggies. Sure it’s not the most nutrient dense meal, but pair it with tons of veggies like i did and it’s a well balanced, quick solution! I had 1.5 servings and am stuffed!
