⠀ Обожаю это блюдо и, кстати, у меня в ленте есть 2-3 рецепта с разными соусами 😊 Но захотелось чего-то нового и вкусного, за основу был взят рецепт мильфея 😂 Получилось нереально вкусно, с учетом того, что я так себе овощеед 😂 Приятного просмотра и готовьте с удовольствием 😍!!! ⠀ Капустная «лазанья». ⠀ Ингредиенты: ▶️Мясной фарш (я использовал из индейки) - 500-600 г. ▶️Сыр - по вкусу ▶️Пекинская или б/к капуста ▶️Квашеная капуста — 300-400 г. ▶️Лук — 1 шт. ▶️Морковь — 1 шт. ▶️Сельдерей — 1 шт. ▶️Чеснок — 2-3 зубчика ▶️Протертые томаты — 250-300 г. ▶️Петрушка — по вкусу ▶️Соль, специи (копченая паприка и молотый чили) и сушеные травы (базилик, орегано и тимьян) — по вкусу ▶️Масло ⠀ Приготовление: 1️⃣Нагреваем масло. Обжариваем лук на огне выше среднего около 5 минут. 2️⃣Добавляем морковь и сельдерей, обжариваем ещё 5 минут. Затем остужаем овощи. 3️⃣Бланшируем листы капусты в кипящей вроде около 1 минуты. Кладём из в холодную воду, затем обсушиваем. 4️⃣К фаршу добавляем овощи, зелень, соль, специи и травы. Хорошо перемешиваем. 5️⃣На дно формы для запекания добавляем 2-3 ст.л. томатов. Затем кладём пару листов капусты. На них - фарш. Так повторяем до конца. 6️⃣Накрываем фольгой. Запекаем в духовке, предварительно разогретой до 180℃, 20 минут. 7️⃣Убираем фольгу. Запекаем ещё 15 минут при той же температуре и в том же режиме. 8️⃣Посыпаем сыром и запекаем ещё 5 минут. ⠀ Приятного аппетита!!! ⠀ ⚠️P.S. Время приготовления может отличаться в зависимости от выбранный вами овощей, фарша, толщины «лазаньи», а также от возможностей вашей духовки.

🥦 1206 #잰니_점심 🥦 #헬스앤뷰티 #놀라지마라 #아임웰 #군고구마 / 하기싫은 일 있거나 너무 피곤해서 할일 하기 싫을 때 너무 바빠서 힘들 때 마다 생각하는게 '나한테 너무 하기 싫은 이 일이 누군가한테는 진정으로 원하는 일 일 수도 있다', '누군 바쁘고 싶어도 못바쁜데 감사하자 감사하자' 이 두가지 생각 100번 반복하고 학교 팀플하러 가는데 밍기적거리다 택시타지말자 하고 시간 맞춰서 나왔는데 집 엘레베이터가 정전돼서 멈춰버려서 갇혀버렸다 .. 참나 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ .... 순간 덜컹하고 "정전입니다. 잠시만 기다려주십시오" 라는 기계멘트가 들리는데 진심 오만생각 다 들고 무서워져서 엘레베이터 손잡이 잡고 떨었다 ; 그러더니 갑자기 엘레베이터가 위로 올라가서 진짜 울기 직전까지 갔다가 삼층에서 문이 조금 열려서 손으로 그냥 열고 계단으로 내려왔다 늦어서 결국 택시타고 관리업체에 전화해서 이재원 승질한번 보여주고 진빠져버렸다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 .. 이재원 인생 역시 바람잘 날이 없지 ?

Leftover lunch! Zucchini layered with tomatoes and topped with cranberry sauce or pesto. With the accompaniment of asparagus. . . Recipe: Preheat oven to 350*F. Cut zucchini and tomatoes into about 1/4 inch circles. Layer them together on baking sheet. Sprinkle a dash of pepper and a dollop of pesto or cranberry sauce. Bake for 10 minutes, broil for 3 minutes. For an added treat hide crumbles of goat cheese inbetween the zucchini and tomato layer. The asparagus had the same baking times and temperature. It was wrapped in foil then sprinkled with pepper, lemon, soy sauce, and misted with water. Many of us are familiar with Hypothyroidism already and it is a classic sign of stubborn weight loss. 30 - 80% of patients will experience symptoms which can include muscle weakness, muscle stiffness, exercise intolerance, fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, constipation or increase in the need for sleep just to start. How are your reflexes? Hypothyroidism creates a deficiency in thyroid hormone which interferes with metabolic function. These changes occur in the muscles as well and can often be noted by delayed tendon reflexes in about 85% of patients. A less common but notable symptom in approximately 10% of patients is muscular hypertrophy. This enlargement is most likely to show up as an enlarged calf measurement. You might also notice difficulty standing up from a squatting position or climbing stairs. You worrying about telling your friends you want to fit into a certain size or wear a certain dress through fear of being vain or sounding silly or simply them not understanding . You also get envious of your friend’s flat stomach, and another’s toned arms . Or the fact another lost a stone in two weeks on slimming world . Or got to a size 8 on Herbalife . Whether you like it or not we are all different . Cookie-cutter meal plans you can find in a magazine or on Mail Online won't suit everyone . Neither will points systems . Partly because we have different likes, dislikes, activity levels, lifestyles . But also because we have different histories with dieting . And things that MAKE US TICK . Our own personal struggles . What is it you truly want? . I bet you haven’t given yourself just half an hour , with a paper and pen, no distractions to work this out . Asking yourself why didn’t those diets work in the past? . (and no “ I am crap at diets, I’m meant to be this size” isnt one of them) . Neither is “ It didn’t work for me” . Because I want to know WHY . And what is it you truly want? . And have you got anyone helping you? . And have you worked out how to get there? . How long it will take, to lose weight but also keep it off? . Or do you just prefer to complain, resent yourself and others, and just do another painful diet in January, or when a holiday is looming? . You may think “how ridiculous, of course I don’t prefer that!” . Well then I am hoping this means you are ready to change, and get that plan of action in place

How to stop binge eating on bad days We from our early childhood have been conditioned to soothe and comfort ourselves with food. Grabbing what we can either sweet or something spicy. And then eating mindlessly. I personally love spicy crunchy things. For me I try to carry my snacks with me or keep snacks at home. Things that I like and am ok to eat. When we are stressed we know we should not eat something or probably make or choose something healthier. However you want it immediately. Making a healthy bhel takes time. Whereas grabbing Chips doesnt. What I do 1. Remove highly processed food from the house. I just don't buy it any longer. Not for me or anyone in the family. Simple, if it's not there, it's harder to just grab. 2. I have replacements always ready. My quick go tos are peri peri makhana and the peri peri popcorn. Spicy and satiating. They are quick to make on the weekends and you can store it. If you want make multiple versions and store it. And way better than highly processed packaged versions. All of it just comes down to thinking ahead and being prepared. Understand your triggers and pattern and come up with a solution to counter it. Food should always be delicious and nutritious. Never create a situation where you are eating food you dont like for long. This will lead to binge eating and over eating episodes. I hope this helps and let's you understand that you can eat delicious food that is also good for you. I have sent the chili chicken and chilli mushrooms recipe. I hope you like it. Ingredients : Skimmed cottage cheese - 400gr 0,5% milk - 100gr Drinking-yougurt (I used 2%) - 100gr Gelatin - 20gr Sweetener (I used stevia) - to taste Cocoa powder - 20gr Bitter chocolate (I used chocolate without sugar but with stevia) - 150gr . How to do (+watch video) : 🍫Mix gelatin with milk (follow your gelatin package's instruction) 🍫Mix cottage cheese with yougurt with blender. Then add sweetener and cacao. Add milk and mix with blender 🍫Put the mixture into a silicone form. Put the form into the fridge for 2,5-4 hours until the souffle becomes gelatinous 🍫Cut the souffle 🍫Melt the chocolate on the water bath 🍫Coat the souffle with melted chocolate, put the bars on a plate and put the plate into the fridge for an hour .
