18 Jan 2019 (Day 5) . This second program I have is less structured and hence more difficult to track. I think it requires much more dedication and motivation to keep up with this kind of training style, especially when other aspects of your life require more of your attention. . Yesterday I did some dips during lunch hour again at the park near the office. This morning I did some burpees, which is sometimes referred as the best bodyweight training on earth. . I really hope that I could keep it up and if not, I might just switch back to the totally structured dumbbell workouts. .
