Single arm Smith Press 4x10. Today I added this exercise to my chest day and wasn't disappointed - it really works, pumps the pecs pretty well and you don't need much weight - for me 35kg+the bar was enough. Not easy to find a proper position on the bech as there's no bench that would fit sideways in between the Smith machine. Nevertheless, cool exercise, give it a try 👍
