WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE SUPERSET EXERCISES? To ENJOY and also be consistent with training and your fitness journey. Mixing things up can be helpful to spice up your sessions. Drop sets and super sets and totally new exercises can often achieve this 💪🏾 #GymGains Typically, I dont do many supersets as apart of my main routines (apart from abs) but this day i was running short on time and wanted to squeeze in as much as i could before i had to leave. So i found myself mixing a few exercises together that i rarely do... and I really enjoyed the change of pace, so might mix it up for a week or so. If you are persistent you will get it. If you are consistent you will keep it (Sorry @pavlikova saw this on your story and it banged lol) . . Quite a simplistic approach yet many find it difficult to process. This applies to life in general but let me break it down in terms of fitness, gym etc . . If your goal is to look the part let’s say for an upcoming holiday, wedding, fitness comp or whatever you’ve simply got to stick with the program. It’s that simply. If you’ve got a powerlifting meet the same applies. Stick with the program . . Where a lot of people fail is the inability to stay on track and not take accountability. Resulting in regression rather than progression. One week you may be bang on training and diet will be on point. Then the following week you fall off track completely. Yes life happens I completely get that but it’s HOW you then bounce back and move forward to see success with those gains . .
